Jason works the front desk at this location and he is always so helpful with a smile on his face. We drive out of our way to come to this locatuon when we rent.

This is the first time I’ve ever visited an Avis location that is not by an airport. Everything has always gone nice and smooth at those locations but not at this one. When I arrived i was not greeted and was just told to give the lady my DL and CC. I waited over 45 minutes for a vehicle that was reserved days in advance, and 45 minutes pass the reservation time. Upon my arrival to get my vehicle, that’s when the staff took my vehicle to the back to get cleaned. As the staff was in the back, the front desk was unoccupied and customers kept coming in. There was a couple before me that stated they were there 2 hours waiting. They stated that the vehicle they had reserved well in advance, needed an oil change. After the oil change was done, it was done on the wrong vehicle and they were waiting for the second vehicle to get the oil change done.I don’t know what they clean on the vehicle, because it was still dirty! The back windows had not been clean as it had marks all over them. No one walked through the vehicle with me upon pick up or return so I made sure to document all the damages on my own. When we left the location, there were so many customers waiting to get their reservations picked up. They definitely need more staff and plan accordingly if they know they have all these reservations. Definitely, would not be going to this location again.

Only thing I don't like is office closes at 6 pm and if late than charged for next day means tourists should drive fast to reach on time haha vacation spoiler timings

OK I had to give one start to make this review. They don’t even deserve this one star. This location is awful. We went in there and first of all there is nobody in the office. Apparently there was a group of them in the back outside because then they started to come in. We were sitting in the lobby for at least 5 to 10 minutes before anybody Asked us if we needed help then when we go through it they took our debit card. We had everything we made the reservation online and then they do a credit check for what reason I don’t understand what I’m paying right there. I’m not asking for credit and this is already the third time we tried to go there to get the right documents and they still they were rude and unprofessional , this company needs to be closed down

Renting a car from Ms. Joyacelyn and Mr. Javondric was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I inquired about the rental to the moment I returned the car, they provided exceptional service. Their professionalism and friendliness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The car was in excellent condition and the rental rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend renting a car from Ms. Joyacelyn and Mr. Javondric for a hassle-free and pleasant experience!

Nice vehicle with good price. Easy to reserve and return. It is strange the Expedition had 3 all season tires and 1 all terrain tire which caused the vehicle to shake when going 75 and above on interstate.Overall pleased

Avis has lost me as a customer. I used them over the years but now I am not able to due to their soft credit check. Even though I am using a debit card that has the money for the rental and deposit. I also have proof of address to match my ID. Good luck on keeping customers, this company is going downhill.

I filled out my customer survey and left a bad review and surprise surprise I get an email that says:“Dear Brian,Thank you for renting with Avis!We noticed that you have not yet taken the opportunity to share feedback about your experience with us. At Avis, we value our customers' opinions.Shaking my head……..of course you didn’t get my review because your reps. hang up on customers when there are issues and need help.

Returned car at this location. Found it fishy I did not receive a receipt. Once I called and got one there was a mysterious 50 fee. I was told that was prepaid gas I never asked for. I also returned the car with a full tank. Fought the charges and got it returned. But I am sure there are people who have been scamed.

I needed a car exchange due to tire issues. Went to this place and the staff told me she didn't have any car for exchange at that moment but will have something avaliable later that afternoon. I asked her what time do they close and she told me 6pm. I came back to this branch at 4:57pm, the door was locked and no one was inside. I waited for 10 minutes and still no one in sight.I called customer service the next day for the car exchange, the rep checked with this branch and was told they have car for exchange. I came immediately but the staff told me he didn't speak to customer service whole morning and he has nothing for me.They wasted so much of my time. I will definitely not coming back to this branch.

Good vehicle (Ford Expedition Max) for good price. Called ahead and let rental agent know we'd be traveling long distance and asked how they verify vehicle if road worthy for long trips. This rental was for a two week family vacation where we drove from Southern Texas to Northern Montana. They said the vehicle is thoroughly inspected between rentals and will be good to go. When I picked up vehicle at the specified time it was not clean so they had to clean it. They said it just came back from a previous rental so I dont think they thoroughly inspected it. It was also poorly cleaned externally and internally so we ended up taking it to a car wash and wiping down and cleaning the sticky inside ourselves.The vehicle performed well, but halfway through the trip everytime I turned the car on it said oil must be changed. And then the washer fluid light came on and I also had to acknowledge that by hitting OK so the notice would get off the screen.Overall satisfied with rental but now I'm skeptical with quality control and routine vehicle maintenance.
