Financial center? Right.... Stop treating business customers like crap! I brought in business coin bag and they don't even have the paperwork/form to complete the process. This is insane! It's bad enough that I'm treated poorly just bc I'm a business customer every time I bring in cash or coins for depositing. SO many BOA branches are condescending, show exasperation, etc and I'm tired of it. Small businesses deserve the same respect and customer service afforded all customers.

Walked in & had contact with pretty much all associates in the bank, and I was ignored. Mind you, they have a designated area for customer service. Sitting there for about 10 after being ignored still did n't incite anyone to assist me. Also, they say they are switching to digital, so if you lose your card, you're screwed. Their protocol for such instances is pretty s***, so be warned. It's sad to say, but B of A is losing the swag they once had. smh

We came here for my wife's mother, to change her address as we just moved here. We arrived here 25 minutes before they closed, they close earlier now because of the pandemic because that makes sense. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! The teller was busy with a customer as was the only occupied office. However, the cubicle right next to the front door had a gentleman looking at his computer, not on the phone, no customer there. I stood there for a minute completely ignored. I went back to where my wife and her 89 year old mother were waiting to let her know what was going on. I then returned to the cubicle to continue to be ignored by who I would come to know as Francisco. He could see me in his peripheral vision but continued to ignore me. I finally said excuse me and asked who could assist us with a change of address on an account, "can the tellers do that" I asked. He answered, with a tone that implied I was disturbing him, "no they can't do that" And then he went back to his computer. So then I asked is that something you can do? He reluctantly answered "yes" with irritation in his voice. He remained seated, and made no attempt to greet them or bring them over to his cubicle, so I went back to where they were and brought them back over to his desk where he remained seated. You could really tell that Francisco did not want to be bothered, he was getting off in 20 minutes and nothing was going to stand in his way. I just had a change of address for myself for the same reason at Chase Bank, it took less than five minutes. Francisco informed us it would take over 30 minutes for this procedure in his financial institution. Needless to say he asked for a bunch of information which they provided him with and he said he was going to send his information to our new address by mail so they could make an appointment with him to add my wife to her mothers account. That was a month ago and have seen nothing. Anyway, horrible service, non existent follow up. I myself do not have any accounts here and after this experience I never will. The one star I gave them should read -3 (That's negative 3 )

This is by far the worst bank. BOA is horrible by itself but to transact business is just sad. They have ONE teller who is slow as molasses. No personality with any of the staff members.

Branch on 2920 temporary closed went to Kuykendahl location 4:01 and didn't let me make a deposit. Drive up closed. Rude security person said it was too late.

I went to this branch this morning with my son. I was great by security guard was told "wait out side when someone comes out you can come in". We waited for about 2 min someone came out so we walked in.. The security guard was what are you all doing.. I was like you said when someone walks out we can walk in.. she was like oh.. I can't believe they have people like that.. I been bank with Bank of America for over 20 years sad!!!!

As always at this branch, terrible customer service. The teller was friendly, but why is there only ever one teller. There were two people just standing around in the lobby chatting.
