I read a lot of bad reviews before coming to the bank today so I was prepared to be a here a long time. But Cindy Nyugen was hustling to take care of customers. So personable and patient. She was such a professional. I watched her patiently take care of an elderly gentleman who needed several things explained. She checked in with everyone who was in the teller line to make sure she knew what everyone needed so no one felt like they were just waiting around or waisting time. I was so impressed with this woman that I immediately wrote this review in the parking lot.

I'm not happy with this drive thru ATM at this location! I have gone several times and the last three times I've gone the ATM will not except deposits.Maybe keep the ATM mechines up and get a second ATM machine.

Terrible service!!! Came in Friday to deposit an endorsed check and the female bank teller said they do not take these checks when I have deposited endorsed checks here before! Came back Monday to speak to a manager and the same woman refused to serve me, went online to deposit it there .

They put holds on certified cashiers checks. They lie about the reason, they lie about everything. Worst bank. Do not give these theives your money. Zero customer service.

Worst customer service ever. They change their hours every other week aren't open weekends and hold any money they get for days and tell you it's policy. Even changed bank accounts without notifying anyone

I highly recommend this site and do not bother with the comments. I had a problem with the card. She was very cooperative and helped me her name is irma. I advise everyone to ask about her and she will do everything for you.

I see people sitting in their little offices staring at computer screens and looking serious and busy. They are serving no one. There’s a guy welcoming customers and tells them to stand in line. That’s his only job.The two poor tellers are sweating it out with two long lines of customers. There are two teller desks empty, surely those sitting in their little offices can man the teller desks and take care of their long lines of customers.And of course you will see a generic reply to this review which will not help to improve the quality of services.

I want to open business accounts in BoA as a BoA shareholder to support the business. As soon as I walked in, Bhavana Patel (a "relationship" manager) greeted me and my CPA. I told her I brought a collateral and wanted to open a credit line for my business with BoA. She kept looking at her watch as I wasted her time and told me bunch of policies that they would NOT take collateral. She tried to lecture my CPA that I could not do it. I walked out there and went to Woodforest right next to it. They opened a line of credit for me right away with a very nice attitude. This kind of employee makes me angry as a shareholder of BoA.

I see others commenting complaining about waiting 20-30 mins ! Please that’s nothing imagine going to this other location that I have gone waiting 1 HOUR + oh! Let me not forget that also includes the driv-thru waiting time. The times I have been to this location I NEVER had a issue always great customer service! Yes! There was a time the hours changed due to the pandemic which is completely understandable. This location deserves more than five stars.

Always have to wait forever in line. They have 5 staff, but only one can work behind the counter and help with the line that is snaking out the front door. So inefficient. I will be banking elsewhere for my small business. What a waste of time!!!
