Worst customer service they make u wait more than an hour just to speak to a clerk, then to tell you that there is more than two hours wait in order for you to see a banker alway a big line under staff ,their opening hours are also ridiculous from 10 AM to 4PM

Rai Malik was great! She helped me open a credit card account so easily and updated my account information without me having to ask. Love coming to the bank and having a friendly interaction instead of your typical yes/no conversations.

I was told today that a hold was placed on my business check "to protect the bank." From a single owner LLC. Plus, the banker told me I cut her off and to please let her finish. I'm still in shock with the level of service and professionalism by this branch as well as two others in the same area.

Very rude people working at this specific location. They literally make you wait so long and they only have one person at the windows helping?. Like what kind of bank does that. Do me a favor and go somewhere else, people at this location are very rude and they will not even try to help you out at all.

Went to notorize a paper and they sat me down and told me to wait to be helped. Ended up wating 2 hours and the paper never got notorized.

They closed the drive-thru so you have to go in and they only have ONE person helping customers while the rest aren't doing anything! I'm switching to Chase!

Financial center? Right.... Stop treating business customers like crap! I brought in business coin bag and they don't even have the paperwork/form to complete the process. This is insane! It's bad enough that I'm treated poorly just bc I'm a business customer every time I bring in cash or coins for depositing. SO many BOA branches are condescending, show exasperation, etc and I'm tired of it. Small businesses deserve the same respect and customer service afforded all customers.

I have never met anyone as rude as the reps here. The manager Adelta thinks she is Gods gift on earth. Terrible attitude with terrible service. I am glad I don’t have to deal with them on a regular basis.Adios! Not my Amiga

I used to love this bank but it has really gone downhill lately, they only have one teller now the line for service is out the door and clearly management is clueless.the teller is nice as is most of the staff,however expect long wait time

This is one of the worst managed branches I have had to deal with. Every Friday is the worst experience ever. Currently standing in line an hour before closing. It's payday. There are 8 people waiting & 1 banker processing. Why would you only have 1 person working on the busiest day of the week and hour before you close? Asked a Manager why & they give you thensame answer at every branch, "we are short staffed today!" Really... every friday? Customer Service is horrible.

This place is horrible. You come at lunch time, there is a line 10 people deep, all Social distancing, staggered all over the lobby, going no where. They have two managers-ish that refuse to get behind the glass and help out. The lady behind the glass is phenomenal. They managers do nothing. Why would you only put one person on the line during the busiest time of the day. Then they shut down all drive through. This is the reason i moved all my payroll to Amegy bank.
