I go to this location because it's close to my house. Service is generally fine. I was there the last time during their wallflower refill sale. I bought the max number allowed. The gal at the counter charged me one extra. I didn't realize until I got home. It wasn't worth the drive back for a $2.00 wallflower. I get it. Retail is not easy and is hectic during sales, busy crowds, etc. I think she could have been more efficient by sorting by scent, then ring by quantity. The cashier wasn't efficient. I will always check my receipt before leaving the store.

The greeter and the lady that tells you goodbye were very kind and friendly. The cashier was very unknowledgeable and unprofessional. She didn't wrap my purchase and when I asked for a coupon she refused. I will come back here but I will wait until another cashier is available. I am an online shopper and hate this item was only available for pick up!

Picked up an online order today during my lunch--they made it fairly quick to pick uo ---i picked up a few more item when I got there because they had a great sale on all their hand soaps today

I went by this store location today to purchase a few items for my loved ones. I was not greeted nor was I asked if I found everything okay. There were two women at the front, one was the AM along with another worker. I watched them greet and check in on everyone but me, I even stayed in the same spot for a while just to see if they would say anything and they did not.
The cashier who checked me out was very friendly but it was a disappointing experience all together. Maybe they thought I didn’t have the money to spend lol. Leaving out the store after purchasing my items; I mentioned how it made me feel to the AM when I was on my way out and she replied “I hope we don’t lose you after this experience”. I definitely will not be returning.

Please stop automatically printing receipts without asking customer if they want one!Too many trees and forests are being sacrificed for paper receipts, toilet paper, etc.There is an option for email only on the screen that is customer facing!!!Allow us to be asked or choose the email only receipt.Getting an unasked for paper receipt totally ruins the experience of Bath and Body Works shopping.One star for the cashier.
