Needed my screen repaired costed $350 had to bring it back a week later because my phone kept messing up and typing on its own. Repaired it for the 3rd time did the same thing. Went back again for the same problem came back with a blurry front camera and a screen that wasn’t properly installed it sticks out. Don’t go here waste of time and money. My phone worked fine before I got it fixed here now it’s just continuing to give me problems don’t recommend:)

Horrible place!
Came by Saturday after the storm to get my phone repaired. 2 men didnt even ask what phone was it for just said automatically we dont have the part. So rude laughed at us while we walked out. I called a different location & they didn't have the part but advised me that spring location had plenty of them. I didn't want to deal with this location at all after the experience I had.

Store closed early. Employee was hiding in the back. OPEN SIGN STILL ON. Employed did remember to turn it off before he left though. Not impressed. Do better Bateries plus. Thanks!

Batteries Plus provided excellent customer service by checking up with our company and our battery needs with personal calls instead of a flood of unnecessary emails.There prices are comparable to others as well.
