Sorry PNC you just lost my business.
What started out as a promising visit quickly turned to a waste of time.
Made an appointment to open a business account during the week. The manager was having computer issues so they put us with another banker, Josephine, who started off the conversation with an attitude. I explained how I already had an application filled out, so was hoping we could just do the verification. She was frustrated saying that they can’t just pull the application. I asked then if we could just open the account because we were all present.
She let us know that they can’t just open the account in the branch and that we’d need to have a specialized banker do it for us.
When I registered for the appointment, I specified the type of account I wanted to open and they had plenty of notice to have the banker they needed onsite.
She said he wasn’t there and we’d have to do it on Monday. We were planning this for a while and ended up with such a sour experience, we will not be back.
Unfortunate because we had high hopes for PNC, but customer service, especially when we’re trying to open a business account, is our top priority.

Today was my outreach marketing day, I stopped at PNC Bank and was greeted by a gentleman, who guided me to Donna Dunlap who is the AVP Branch Manager and she was such a delight. Donna immediately greeted me and thanked me for the gift bags. Donna informed me someone from her team would reach out to Raveneaux Apartments and we would have some information for our tenants. Donna and her team were such a delight to meet. Props to PNC Bank and their onsite team.

Amazing and fast service. I went in 30 minutes before close and they not only opened the door for me but greeted me with friendly smilies. Thank you for being so kind!

The employee Emily at this branch is a ROCK STAR!! She stopped a fraudulent transaction and notified me that my identity had been stolen. Her quick thinking and attention saved my financial security. She handled the matter with kindness and compassion and I am forever grateful!! Thank you Emily

As a recent PNC customer, I had done all the work of setting up my accounts online, but I wanted to see what kind of customer service I would find at a branch. When I walked into the branch, I was greeted by someone within a few seconds, and was able to have a conversation that gave me the information I needed. No appointment necessary, as happens at some other banks. So far, I'm a very satisfied PNC customer!

Made a call to place a change order and asked if it was possible to pick up today around 1pm and the lady on the phone rudely and quickly said “No”. It was silent for about 3 awkward seconds before I spoke first to asked for a reason as to why it was just no. She said “ because the other teller will be at lunch and then when she gets back I’ll go to go to lunch. I understand that it may have been an inconvenience at the time, but the customer service in her should have been “ could you come at a later time when both tellers are in the building and would be available to help you with your change order. There was no customer service in her at all. I see why this location has a 2 star rating. Not only that after reading the reviews is apparent that this location has a long history of PNC employees that are rude and not customer friendly. Won’t be coming here for anything. Stay away.

Haveing to wait 30min to get a replacement card. Meanwhile two businesses bankers are sitting in there offices. No one here is very friendly. I really hate having to come to this branch.

All,
I am a large African-American man. I went into his bank yesterday to open a business account, and I believe I interacted with a young lady, by the name of Josephine. Her attitude was terrible. She immediately made an assumption about who I was, and what I stand for. I was prepared to deposit a large sum of money into this institution, and was excited about the opportunity. She went, and printed some information about business accounts and came back and said “ OK buddy” when she addressed to me. I was so angry I stayed to meet with the branch manager. I don’t know if there is any accountability at this PNC branch, but I strongly recommend not doing business with it until they get this matter resolved.

THE ATM STEALS YOUR MONEY, I went last night to make a deposit and the machine took 1 minute processing my deposit and then it blocked, it went out of service, without even giving a receipt!!
When I got home I realized in the app that it didn't make my deposit!!!
Be careful.

PNC is trash...they canceled my debit card by accident and when I went to get a new one their machine was down. Wouldn't recommend this location or this bank at all. I also hate how complicated all the fees and different balances can get. Will not be staying with this bank at all.

Ever since this bank has changed it's name the service here has been ok at best its not great any more and that is sad because I've been a customer here since 2015. I really question do I want to continue doing business here

I was profiled based on my appearance despite being a long time customer and never having any issues with my banking account. As a former employee I know the protocols and don’t understand why “Ms. Dot” choose to call in my account for verification for a simple withdrawal that was within my means and not over her limit as she falsely claimed.

This location is amazing! Sarah helped me immediately when I came in. She gathered my documents and assisted me with setting up an appointment with Donna, the Branch Manager. Both were very professional. After my appointment with Donna, she introduced me to the team at the location. Again, they are very professional and I'm very excited about my future opportunies with PNC.
