They literally have everything you need ! Most importantly, a rewards system for discounts ! I drove over 40minutes to get there and it was worth the drive . The customer service was great . I got some free samples( which is great considering I spent $90)! They did have security at the door which was a bit alarming but I don’t know the area well so maybe it was necessary

Close by the house and has everything i need from hair, nails and makeup. I go at least once or twice a month since i have a lot of girls.

I come here a lot. They have a decent selection. But if you’re going to say you close at 7 then close at 7 and not slamming the door in people’s faces and being rude to your customers because they arrived at 6:51

I accidentally purchased the wrong shampoo and the receipt says No return, only exchanges. I brought the shampoo back to exchange and the owner was rude. She said they can’t do exchanges on “chemicals”.

I called and spoke with Veronica as we were in need of 8 gallons of shampoo for a non-profit event helping the homeless. She was so kind to assist us by phone and to ensure that she left it up front for us.I want to say thank you to Veronica as her customer service was superb.

The Asian lady working the register has a really nasty energy. When I asked where an item was located she looked at me as if I was stupid and as though I was bothering her. Then proceeded to direct to where it was not, as I previously walked the aisles. Also no greeting from her or offer of quality assistance. I set my things down and left. Not ever returning!!!

This is a decent store and they leave you alone and let you shop in peace. They have a good mix of the old faithfuls and the new products. The music selection is great but my advice to them is to please play the clean version of your songs. I was hearing some very explicit words while shopping.

Horrible beauty supply company I yet to stop in here they need to close down. They African American lady rung me up. I had a bottle of hair foam off the counter with the wrong pricing. Not one minute as she was ringing me up said ma’am I believe this product has the wrong price. She proceeded to charge the price of the bottle with saying hello ma’am the price is wrong it’s this price. I rather go to the beauty supply on Amazon then ever deal with this store again. Yet the same owner has this one and the one on 1960 next to Joe Vs. customer service still sucks.

i like to come here to look at the bedazzled hats their so pretty!! and the wide selection of eyelashes, the security is always so nice and the employees are kind when you checkout, their leg warmers are so pretty and they have all sizes, plus they have really cool socks ( some herb themed) :) ! they also have cool plushie backpacks and a lot of gorgeous accessories!!

If I could give less stars I would. The workers looked at me funny when I walked in. I asked for help with braiding hair they wouldn't speak to me and the one who did "help" said the braiding hair is here and that was it. No customer service skills at all.
