We have been very happy with the school. My daughter enjoys going to school and she loves her teacher. I'm sad that we have to leave, but grateful for the time my little one had at the school.

My kid got bit here by another kid and they didn't do anything about it. Terrible business. Don't take your kids here.

The teachers were awesome and amazing. The daycare is going through some transitional changes though. They went through 3 directors within 4 weeks while my child was attending. The new director always has something to say about my nonverbal child. He was there a few weeks before she arrived and everyone was working with him. No problems occurred until she arrived. The director and I got into a disagreement one day and the same day my son all of the sudden scratched someone. The director wanted to suspend my child from one scratch because he is misunderstood. I had to have a meeting with the owner of the school( he is nice understanding and knows more about children than the director does) I asked to show footage of this video where my child scratched someone. They kept dismissing the incident. And I never saw footage of how /if the scratch happened or how the director handled my son behind closed doors… they seem to have a lot of my concerns because my son is non verbal. If I was another parent with a so called “normal “ Child I’m sure all of this would of happened differently. Nothing was resolved just a meeting about how my child is different ????. If your child is non verbal or etc I would say look else where, where your child is accepted and you as a parent is treated with fairness according to the state laws.
The last straw was one day I brought my son and she(the new director) told me right at the front door as I walked in that he could not come today. I looked around the class and I seen so many kids with just her alone in the class room. There were 2 yr olds and 7 year olds combined with just her in the class and this was during lunch time! I did not know why my son was not welcomed after I already paid for the Week! No one told me anything. She said they have a short staff and it wasn’t about the money, but I’m sure all those kids were not supposed to be in there with her alone and if it wasn’t about the money then why you take in those kids anyway? if you were so called short staff and could accept all the other kids but say no to my son. SMH
I have another child as well so it’s important to keep them at the same school. My son already goes to school and receives therapy every mornings the teachers were fine, But this new director wants things her way and thinks she is right about everything. I hope they are careful because you cannot tell anyone how to raise their child and she talks not nice to the staff n others. I hope the staff and everyone around her will be ok because everything wasn’t looking so good.

My son genuinely loves it here as well as I. The staff is always friendly and professional, which is something that the prior day care of my child attended lacked. The dietitian and staff have been nothing short of amazing when dealing with my son’s dairy and religious dietary exceptions. The owner is very hands on with the kids and you can always spot her giving a helping hand. Love it here. Definitely recommend (and im really crazy when it comes to my kids?)

My child has been attending this facility for two years now and I’ve experienced the old director and the new director.
Ms. Daniela has gone above and beyond to change this place and how ugly and dirty it used to be, specially how horrible and untrained the old teachers used to be.
The staff is helpful and always addresses my concerns or any questions about my child.
Ms.Daniela made me feel so much better when I had rough day with my child by sending me pictures and giving me constant updates. It definitely puts me at ease. She’s someone you can always talk to and does an amazing job there. I 100% would recommend.

Awful experience here where the toddlers were unsupervised, the toddler door was left open and the toddler was beat up by larger kids. Would not recommend.

I really love this facility and love how happy my kids are here. The director Daniela is wonderful and easy to talk to, and all of the teachers are very helpful as well. I’m so grateful for their welcoming environment, I would recommend it to anyone. As long as the kids are happy, I’m happy!

The worst place your child can be. Think about it so you don't regret it.

We used to come here years ago when Miss Soley was the director and she was awesome! This place is now ran by someone who has no compassion for others (Daniela the director). She is racist towards African Americans as well. This was told to me by staff. That the Spanish women get treated better than the black women here. I started to see it the more I observed. The director is never present. She's the only who is allowed to take payments so good luck with that. Look at their violations as it's public info. They've had over 5 violations from 2022-2023. One for instance is for having too many kids with a teacher. The ratio is 10 kids per 1 adult. Daniela had 14 kids in the toddler room with one teacher. She finally hired someone after weeks to a month. They have also had a violation for training and not completing background checks prior to hiring people. Again, this is all public information that you can look up yourself. I terminated myself from this facility by giving them a two weeks notice and they approved it for early termination upon request. Thank the lord!! We're now at Woodforest Academy and we love the Director Tara. She is so nice and compassionate. Worked us in quickly and treated us with the upmost respect. I HIGHLY recommend Woodforest Academy. I found out when I toured that a lot of kids were transferring out of Beginners World to go to their daycare. The Director found it odd that more people were transferring out of this daycare and into hers and even asked me what was going on. This daycare tried to call me a liar about the statements I am making but again do your research and you can even call Woodforest Academy and they will tell you about all the transfers.

My princess and my prince just started there. Director and Assistant Director have made my kids transition easy. My kids have never ever been in daycare but had made good friends. One more thing they allowing the therapist going in to the facility to help my princess on her speech. This decision was super hard for me and my husband but they made it easy for us as well.
