Just bought a TV here and the lady was very rude and unprofessional, I wanted to use my rewards and she would not know how to use that, not very knowledgeable about rewards or membership. She was talking to me very rude , and sent me out with no warranty for the tv.

Let me introduce you to Andrew. He was an electronic Angel from about. I was having major problems with my cell phone and all he did was spend the next hour putting it all back to normal for me when I was having a stressful moment. The guy was great.

At this Best buy branch , I bought an item as NEW. At home, I discovered the item was opened, used and the inside packaging is missing. As a customer to best buy, my trust in Best buy was shaken. So, the lesson is to inspect your item thoroughly before buying consider it used until proved otherwise.
