Best Western Plus Spring Inn & Suites is a hotel that generally receives positive reviews from its guests. The staff is described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with one staff member, Rachel, going "out of the way to assist" a guest whose reservation had been cancelled. The rooms are reported to be clean and comfortable, although one guest found the mattress to be "extremely firm" and uncomfortable. The hotel's location is considered convenient, with a shopping mall and other nearby activities and amenities such as a water park and easy access to I-45. The complimentary breakfast is also mentioned as a positive aspect of the hotel. However, one guest had a negative experience, reporting that their vehicle was stolen due to a lack of security, which they described as "very common" at the hotel. This raises concerns about the overall safety and security measures in place. Overall, the reviews suggest that Best Western Plus Spring Inn & Suites is a decent hotel, with friendly staff and clean accommodations, but the safety and security issues raised by one guest may be a concern for some travelers.
