I'm new to cycling (<6 months) and needed my wheels/cassette/brakes upgraded. My Domane was serviced as expected at a reasonable cost and on time.If I could give an 11 rating, would totally do so. I've had some numbing in my hands. I received free advice on how to adjust my hoods and stem to combat the problem. Was SO thankful for that tid bit.Keep up the great work. I'll be back for sure.

I went in because my bike tire would not hold air. I left with a wealth of knowledge regarding my bike and tubeless tires. Not only did the technician tell me what I needed and how to do it, he gave me a one on one workshop of how to take care of tubeless tires. I will definitely go here for any bike related needs.

When I picked up the bicycle I took it for a quick spin around their business and was extremely pleased with their quality work. The rep, Adrian, who took my payment was extremely pleasant, helpful and very business savy in his demeanor and during the transaction- hang on to that one!!! When I brought in my bicycle for the much needed tune up it was performed as stated within the turnaround time they told me. The rep at that time tried upselling for new tires and chain link upgrade which I certainly do appreciate their concern in advance. Great service all around!

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They never pushed for me to pay for anything unnecessary. I have been there once before for a tune up and I will continue to go to them anytime I need maintenance on my bike.
