I bought 3 phones same day from this store back in February 2024.. 2 android and an iPhone....the androids were supposed to be upgrades.... They are trash both of them.. cameras horrible, maneuvering from page to page is the slowest ever, I get no reception outside of my home wifi, dropped calls.... I should have stayed with my old phone or went to my usual location cause this place ain't it....

Mirza is a great person, I asked him to help me with my phone and he fixed everything but he also talked me into buying. He didn't have to talk me into it I need a new phone but I want to say thank you so much for helping me with my phone. Give him a raise

Terrible service. Went into the store, and they told my husband they can not give a replacement phone. Phone would over heat, and shut off. Even the service is terrible. Calls go in and out. Don't go to boost mobile. The people at the store is terrible.

If you have a price on the DISPLAY, why do you need to tell me that it is a different price than you have on the computer? That is entirely ridiculous. DON’T GO to this “store” Trust me they will try to charge you more for the commission this “sale representative” lose completely a sale

Agent went into the back room to talk to his girlfriend while I was having an issue with my phone.There was nobody else in the store. This was a 5 minute fix that took 20 minutes and was a headache.This isn’t the way to retain customers.

The store front is great as the guy really tries to help you out if you need it. However, good luck with the app, web site, or getting anyone on the phone to help you. If the aforementioned worked as well as the store fronts did i would give a meteor shower if I could. I also hate that they have all these deals but theyre only good online not in store ... BUT THE ONLINE OPTION RARELY WORKS! ... So theres that.
