If you have a price on the DISPLAY, why do you need to tell me that it is a different price than you have on the computer? That is entirely ridiculous. DON’T GO to this “store” Trust me they will try to charge you more for the commission this “sale representative” lose completely a sale

Agent went into the back room to talk to his girlfriend while I was having an issue with my phone.There was nobody else in the store. This was a 5 minute fix that took 20 minutes and was a headache.This isn’t the way to retain customers.

The store front is great as the guy really tries to help you out if you need it. However, good luck with the app, web site, or getting anyone on the phone to help you. If the aforementioned worked as well as the store fronts did i would give a meteor shower if I could. I also hate that they have all these deals but theyre only good online not in store ... BUT THE ONLINE OPTION RARELY WORKS! ... So theres that.

Came in to pay my bill and the owner swears I said pay for my internet bill in which I have no idea what that is. He was very rude and rushed me out the store instead of trying to help with the accent barrier of miscommunication. Very unprofessional.

Coming here to look for mobile phones gave me a real boost. This is a good cell phone store located inside the plaza that I come to a lot in Spring Branch - right on Long Point & Wirt. So it's in a low rent area, so as you can imagine the prices are good, and products are - as you expect - somewhat lower quality, sometimes iffy cell phone service with less perks, however I'd say it's worth it. A step back from Verizon, but definitely will save you a whole bunch of money. We're strongly considering it.
