  This is the worst service I have ever received. I do not recommend this place at all.
  I went to this establishment to have my car aligned and balanced. They told me they had found a nail in one of the tires and that another was defective, but they performed the service knowing that once I replaced the two tires, they would have to do it again, which represented a waste of time for me. They offered me an estimate to replace the two tires, which I declined because I had a place where I could buy them. The employee said we could come back after changing the tires to have the alignment done again, but when I picked up the vehicle, it was still having problems. The employee claimed it was because the tires weren't new and that he couldn't do anything about it.
  I believe this establishment does not act in good faith. If, during a vehicle inspection, they find a nail and a defective tire, they should NOT perform the service WITHOUT the customer's consent, and even less should they excuse poor service because the customer did NOT purchase new tires.
  I guess they wanted just sale tires.
  I will never comeback to this place.
  I could do zero stars I will do it.
  This place is a waste of time and money!

  I had my brakes inspected and they showed me what I needed and gave me options. The price was lower than I expected and I had them replace all my brakes and they finished the job in less than 2 hours. Jason was very polite, informative and made sure that I was satisfied. This will now be my go to place for repairs.

  Pretty good customer service to be honest they help you real quick as soon as you get there they do the job real quick and pretty good to be honest like no fails just success yeah I do recommend going to break. Check to be honest. It’s worth to be honest.

  Absolutely terrible experience with Brake Check — avoid at all costs.
  
  I brought my truck in for a simple alignment after installing new tires. It still pulled slightly to the right, so I returned and was told to “drive it more and then bring it back.” No big deal. When I took it to another Brake Check location closer to my daughter’s school for a quick fine-tune, things went downhill fast.
  
  The tech spent an hour and a half on my truck, only to eventually tell me they didn’t know how to get it aligned. When I got my truck back, it was noticeably worse than before: a loud clunking sound, a hard pull to the right, and my front tire was rubbing the fender badly, something it had never done unless at full lock.
  
  Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, I took it back to the original location hoping they could at least return it to the baseline they had set. They worked on it for maybe 10 minutes and handed it back still in terrible condition.
  
  At that point I had no choice but to take it to a reputable shop—NXT Up Offroad & Performance—who thankfully fixed everything. They immediately found a loose bolt causing the clunking sound. Yes, Brake Check literally sent me on the road with suspension components not tightened. They also confirmed the alignment was so far out of spec that it would’ve ruined my $1,900 tires prematurely.
  
  I contacted Brake Check asking them to reimburse the cost of repairing their negligence. Even with clear evidence, their Vice President refused and gave me a bizarre analogy about buying a taco at one restaurant, not liking it, and then asking another restaurant to replace it. Not only is that analogy terrible, it completely ignores the fact that Brake Check’s work was unsafe and caused additional damage.
  
  Bottom line: I wouldn’t recommend Brake Check to my worst enemy. They do sloppy, careless work, don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, and their negligence could cost you thousands—or worse, cause an accident. Save yourself the headache and take your vehicle somewhere reputable.

  Thank you, Brake Check, for helping me out! My car was having some serious alignment issues and they were very kind and able to diagnose the problem quickly. I made an appointment for the next day and they got everything fixed. My car drives so much better now.
  
  Most importantly, everyone there was kind and understanding. It can be intimidating being a woman walking into a car shop but they were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I wish I knew the name of the main gentleman who assisted me because he did a great job. I am very happy with my service.
