Just got two cars serviced here. Best service experience I’ve had. Great communication, fast, and honest! I had my 2019 Range Rover and 2019 BMW 540i serviced here. Had a very good experience and definitely will be using British Unlimited over every Land Rover dealership in Houston. Every issue I’ve had British Unlimited diagnosed and fixed. The Land Rover dealerships (Land Rover North and Land Rover West Houston) would not help me on anything and would say they couldn’t find the issues I brought it in for. 100% will be recommending this place to anyone with a Land Rover! 2011 Range Rover - had a camera fault system light on dash. Cameras intermittently working. Brittish fixed me up quick and no issues now, all cameras working perfect!

Purchased a used Land Rover LR4 in desperate need of repairs. Check Engine / warning lights and rough idle. Needing someone who specializes in this brand other than the dealership, (completely out of the question). Was recommended to British Unlimited by a friend. Checked the reviews and had seen very good reports. Stephen was the first point of contact via phone/Text. Extremely professional and communicative, provided estimates, pictures and reports as the repairs were being completed. Luis the shop manager completed the repairs himself as reported. I believe he, the shop and their friendly staff, went above and beyond to make my vehicle road ready. (Satisfied Customer) 🙏🏾 . Friendly and knowledgable, would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks again British Unlimited

Good Experience. I had my rear diff replaced on 2008 Sport HSE. I bring itnto them for the routine maintenance, if you have a Land Rover they will definitely take care of it. Best Reviews in the city.

Unfortunately I am having to review this shop and give them less than 5 Stars, I had previously brought my Range Rover Sport in for an overheating issue with no issues. Steven has always been professional. This time it was a total nightmare. I had the truck towed to them at my expense. I was told that my Engine had overheated again and that I needed a new motor. Steven sent me links to salvaged motors from eBay. I was a little confused because previously I had been told by Steven they do not allow customers to purchase parts and bring them. They had to purchase parts from their vendors. Next I was quoted $2700 to install the new motor for Labor. I located a good motor locally and had it delivered to British Unlimited. I received a phone call from someone who claimed to be the lead technician who would be installing the motor and was told that it would be an additional charge for changing out the hoses from my old motor to the new one plus an oil change plus he needed to change the oil pan because the new motor was not EXACTLY the motor I was replacing.Additionally total it was over $1000 making a $2700 to $3762. 95 The guy got an attitude with me when I stated that I had previously had spoken with Steven and had agreed to a price of $2700. He then yells at me and basically calls me a lier and that Steven did not say that and that he is the owner all of a sudden. I also addressed that he did not provide the old motor to the delivery driver for the core charge when they delivered it.. My truck had been in their shop a week waiting for the motor to arrive and had been told by Steven that the motor was being removed so that it would be ready for the driver once they delivered the new motor. The Lead technician/Owner then yell at me that it WAS NOT HIS JOB to make sure the driver remembered to mention to him that he needed the old motor. He told me that I was being difficult and that I should just come and get my truck and take it some place else if I could find a better price to have it fixed. I was in such a bind at that point I could not afford to have the truck and the motor shipped some place else at that point. He really had me over a barrel and new it. I told to just please fix my truck and that I would come and get it once I got back from vacation or when ever he got done with fixing it,, whichever came first. Long story even longer he then told me that he would only accept payment in cash and that I could not put it on my credit card.
As a result of all this stress I had to return to M.D. Anderson where I have been under care for prostate cancer for 3 yrs, for testing because I have had some complications I believe brought on by the stress of this mess... End of story I will not be going back to this shop. I was told if I wrote this review I would be sued by them for slander.
Welp, go ahead Mr. Lead Technician/Owner. Steven whoever that guys is he caused you to lose a loyal customer since 2002!

They have worked on my 2016 diesel Range Rover a handful of times. Usually half the price of the dealer, quick turn around and a couple times have suggested solutions less than what they could have charged. Would recommend.

Recently acquired a classic D90 which had some fuel pump issues. Not many in the area know what they are doing with a classic Defender. These guys are amazing, know just how to take care of her!

Louis and Steven are amazing. I used them several years ago. After trying other mechanics for my LR 4 I've learned my lesson.I have since purchased a Discovery and British Unlimited is my go to.
