Staff was overworked and had to deal with unruly travelers. They still did their beat with what they had at their disposal and gave me a really good car in a reasonable amount of time.

I came with a cash App debit card- My debit card is for any of my expenses. However, it was not accepted. That was the only card I came with.Apparently, budget rental and Enterprise rental only accept debit cards connected to your bank account. If you use a debit card, they will run a minor credit check, the name on your card must match with your ID, and Utility bill, and they Accept credit cards.This information is not available online, FYI. I arrived and was provided with this information and was informed it happens in Texas.. My first experience really. Michelle is amazing!!!My dad's car has been the shop and he was frustrated but Michelle was so kind and got him rolling again so he hasn't missed a beat. I am truly grateful for how much compassion my dad has been shown. Michelle has gone above and beyond to be sure my dad was taken care . Thanks for taking care of my dad, you're the best?

I just popped into this location to change vehicles because the one i had received did not accommodate our luggage needs. I'm very please to say that Michelle went above and beyond to ensure I received the right vehicle which would make the rest of our vacation more enjoyable. 5 stars to the way she treats customers and relates to your needs. The people here are running a scam. Take your business elsewhere.My partner and I used this Budget facility for a two day rental. The vehicle we were given was dirty and staff had us wait 15 minutes while they cleaned it. We returned it full (took photos of mileage & gas). Michelle checked the vehicle in, pulled out a barcode asked me to give her a good review on the Avis survey (which I did), we were then handed a receipt where we were charged $80.00 for a full tank of gas despite just filling the tank. Michelle never left her desk but decided to input that the tank had only 4 gallons. The company was not phased by any of this which leads me to believe it is a common occurrence.

They are called Budget Rental, how can their rates for a small Kia for 5 days total to $560!!!!!! ENTERPRISE Rental charges $270 for a 4/door Camry for 5 days!!!! See you never Budget Rental!

Overcharges for gas even if you fill it up, then she cops an attitude the next time you ask for verification that she checked the gas was in the correct range that you returned it. She also charged a cleaning fee of over $100 last time. I always take pictures and videos when picking up and returning vehicles, so I had proof she had committed fraud. I'm shocked that after all the fraudulent charges they allow her to work there. I just returned a vehicle here again today and I already have the budget 1800 number saved because of how awful her attitude was not wanting to look at the vehicle when we brought it back and not answer questions.

Ms. Michelle pulled my tail out of a bind! I had an issue booking online and when I showed up there wasn't a car available, but someone came in behind to return a car. She had it cleaned up and and ready to go for me in no time. I am so grateful to her. Budget/Avis; I sure hope you know how valuable this woman is to your company!

Rented a 2020 Ford Explorer. Paid for the week up front. It broke down on a Saturday night after budget was closed, in Little Rock, Arkansas while making the long drive back to Houston Texas from middle Tennessee. We were told we had to stay with the vehicle until they could send a tow truck. Took several hours and all the while sitting in a bad area at a sketchy truck stop called JJ's in malvern Arkansas. Could not get a cab, Uber or lyft to come there it is so bad. Approached by crack heads attempting to rob us. Finally got a friend from Little Rock to drive down, get us and take us to a hotel. Budget said they would only pay half of the extra day of rental fees and none of the hotel!!??? have used them for years, but never again and will not recommend, AND will tell everyone we know, (we are both realtors so know A LOT) to NOT use BUDGET.

I luv this Budget/Avis the customer service is great and there always friendly this is like my 4th time, I usually use the airport but there much more friendly and convenient A+service from everyone.

Renting with Michelle was a breeze, I’ve always rented from Enterprise, the flooding caused delays renting if not a claim until Oct. 1st. They run your credit, understanding hard or soft it affect scores. Renting the car not purchasing it, therefore, what’s the purpose of the credit check? Can understand some do unethical things in rentals but if they’re not prohibited from renting charge their card, this will resolve customer service on both ends! Thanks Michelle for great customer service & Thanks Budget for hiring a great employee!
