They were fast. My car is clean on the inside and outside. They did an amazing job on my windows and vacuuming. This was my 2nd time getting my car washed here. The cost is very reasonable. I will go back. Thanks for great service.

If you want a halfassed job this the place for you… Dropped my car off at 230 and Picked it up right at closing (5)it looked good so I drove it home, parked in the garage until the next day. Went to leave out next morning and there was white cleaner residue EVERYWHERE. You can see where they sprayed and wiped but didn’t wipe away all of the spray. My car smelled wet, everything felt sticky, and there was a STRONG chemical smell. My husband took it back and the guy requested my husband point out the problems (you could just sit in the drivers seat and SEE the problems clearly) then he said “it’s not that bad” it should not have been any level of “bad”. We will NOT EVER come back. If I wanted a half assed cleaning job I’d do it at home myself FOR FREE. The outside still pretty and shiny though.

I used to come here for years. They have really went down. Spring needs a detail shop bad. I will be there tomorrow for them to clean my tires if they are open.

I've been there a couple of times and usually I'm satisfied with the job given but this particular day, today, was horrible. I have scanned the reviews and have seen many one-star reviews which I'm sure this car wash has earned. I was in line and several people were allowed to go before me and I asked. Could I be next? The young guy said no in a very rude way instead of explaining that the person had been waiting longer than I had. The young lady who service my car did a great job. She just happens to work for a company that does put customer service at the forefront of their business. I hate giving small ethnically owned businesses bad reviews but today they earned it as I am sure they earned each and every one star rating they have been given. I would not recommend patronizing this place as again the service was poor every one star reviews is true.

This place opened my eyes to never leave my vehicles out of my sight. I am extremely upset with this place. To start, when I returned to pick up my SUV it had a flat tire and it had a hole in the tire that wasn't there when I left it (I had to rush to a tire center to fix it $10 extra dollars). And perhaps the worst thing is that I now notice my EZ-Tag toll sticker was tampered and stolen the electronic strip device for my toll pass account! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CARS HERE!! I plan to report this place to the police so they can conduct an investigation. I will never recommend this place to anyone, the person in charge was also cut and dry when I told him about my flat. All he wanted was his money which I thought was to high for the service (dirty spots and wet rags left inside the back seat, smh) and they wondered why I didn't leave a tip!! I totally regret leaving both my vehicles here to wash!!!
