My vehicle needed repairs due to pothole damage. I went through insurance and remembered Caliber Collision from past vehicle repairs. They were very informative throughout the entire process. Edy was my customer service representative; he delivered excellent customer service! I was notified every step of the way & he even delivered my vehicle back to me. I will definitely tell others and recommend them to everyone. The repairs were completed a week earlier than expected. Thanks Caliber Collision Spring, Tx!

This is my third time using Caliber Collision. Each time the customer service experience was exceptional. Kayla has been my representative each time. She is absolutely awesome and always has a smile on her face. She has always gone over and above to make sure I was always updated which I appreciated. The workmanship is also great. Kayla goes over the completed work with me when I pick up my vehicle to make sure I'm satisfied. And I must mention Anna who keeps the front of the house running smoothly, again with good customer service and a smile. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

I cannot even describe the great customer service that I had this morning from Stephanie and Alex when I brought my daughters car in. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They went completely out of their way to help me when they did not need to and it is an amazing feeling knowing that there are people like that in this world that take pride in their work and making customers feel important. Their kindness made a huge difference in my day.
And best of all, the car looks great! Thank you!

Have used Caliber Auto shops for years with great service, but this was my first time requiring body shop work from Caliber Collision through Nationwide Insurance, and the team did not disappoint. Relatively minor low-speed rear-end damage to my brand-new vehicle, and they got me in, estimated, paid rental car, and back out repaired in less time than anticipated (in this case, less than 6 days from the original accident).

My advisor Edy was absolutely incredible. Came to get my car fixed before heading off to college, told him my deadline and even with the further damage found when the car was taken apart, got my vehicle back to me in time. Responsive to calls even if I called during his lunch hour or with a customer, he called me back as soon as he could. Cannot recommend Caliber (and especially Edy) enough!!

This place was absolutely wonderful in going above and beyond what I had expected and experienced with other repair shops. Unfortunately, it's not my first rodeo with car accidents and this time around was a little more complicated than it usually is but the staff here was so accommodating and helpful with all my needs. Jonathan and Ana really did their best to stay communicative and involved with answering all my questions throughout the whole process from beginning to in between to the end. They absolutely went beyond what I would have expected them to do. Honestly, I can't thank them enough and would refer anyone in need to this location! My car looks great and the detailing service they did after completing the work was FANTASTIC! Top notch!

I was very impressed by the service Caliber Collision provided me with for these reasons:
1. The service was quick and wonderfully done...less than a week.
2. They communicated with me and kept me updated during the whole process.
3. I like the way that they worked together with my insurance company and the rental company. It was very comforting to just drop my car off and pick it up without any hassles.
4. My car was cleaned and detailed when I picked it up, which I loved.
5. Everyone was professional and helpful.
6. I witnessed how a veteran employee was training a new employee with care, detail and excellence.
7. I recommend to anyone who needs repair work done , to go to Caliber Collision. They are an A plus company.
