Great experience! My repairs were done a week ahead of schedule I appreciate the prompt response from my Advisor Emmitt and Taye she was very helpful as well. Overall best experience hope not to need them again! Shout out to the tech Alex and painter Wilson great team work my car looks amazing!

I took my Porsche to Caliber Collision – Spring (Aldine Westfield) and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The turnaround was quick, the workmanship is excellent, and I received frequent, clear updates so I always knew where things stood. A special shout-out to Robert M, who was incredibly patient with all of my questions and went the extra mile to help navigate communication with my insurance company. He coordinated approvals, explained each step in plain language, and kept everyone aligned so there were no surprises. What started as a stressful situation ended up feeling manageable because Robert stayed proactive and responsive the whole way. The car looks fantastic, the process was smooth, and I felt taken care of at every touchpoint. 5 out of 5—highly recommend this location and especially Robert for his professionalism and kindness.

Just an awful experience. The work was shoddy, had to refuse to take delivery multiple times because of glaring defects in the repairs. Every person I spoke with lied about everything, and it appears they worked it out with Allstate to avoid paying out a total loss.
Original estimate of 3K became nearly 12K when it was done. The car was not finished, and the regional manager told me the supplement was submitted to Allstate. It never was. Just terrible. Nobody really expects insurance company body shops are not going to gouge you at every opportunity, but this shameful. But I I am sure that they are no longer capable of feeling any shame there.

My car had mechanical issues so a pulled in their parking lot. Sotero Mayorga was super helpful, accommodating and just a good guy. Wasn't in need of their service, but the friendliness shown by him and staff will get my future business - if needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision, especially Robert M., who handled my repair. After a frustrating experience with my insurance company and a poorly done repair elsewhere, I was relieved when my car was finally sent to Caliber for a rework.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Robert kept me updated every step of the way, helped navigate the chaos with my insurance, and truly made the entire process so much more bearable. He was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful.
