My first time coming here was on 12/27 for a glitter shellac manicure. The following day, I returned because my thumb nail broke. The nail techs “solution” was to file my nail and make it look uneven. A few days later, all my nails on my right hand have chipped on the corners. I returned for a second time on 01/02/024 and they were closed so I then returned on 01/03/2024 and they were also closed! The hours on the website/door are Monday-Thursday 9 am - 7 pm and I arrived at 5:15 pm in both days! There was no notice on the door either both days saying they were closed. This is unacceptable, I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend anyone here. Terrible customer service.

It is no longer Capital Nails, it is MARANI Nails, a salon with very good Latin techniques. With good quality, modern and excellent materials, with guaranteed work.

Will never go again and would not recommend to anyone. One lady in there and she stay on the phone. She ended up making my toe bleed from not paying attention. My nails and feet looks horribleServices: Acrylic nails

Horrible horrible service!! I spent over $250, I went home and my toe nail broke, I came back the next day and they made me wait over an hour just to fix one toe!! Unbelievable!!!! Go to West end nail they are way better!

My nails started popping off in a week. Ripped half of my nail off and skin. She cut me. She did good on the nails and that's it.

Nail polishes are old, so they put acetone in them. My polish dried sticky and it rubbed off within two days.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Only one employee working. I asked when I came in how long the wait would the lady said 5 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and I just left!

We came here to get our toes done after going to another salon that said they couldn't take us . We saw Vicky, she is so nice and understands exactly what you want, such an amazing experience! Loved every second of it and our toes look amazing. Definitely will be coming back here we need to do our toes again! My aunt wanted ombré nails, and Vicky did not disappoint, they came out amazing and better than we had expected!
