I have to admit, after looking at the reviews I didn't know what to expect when I got here. But, we got Oscar, and he was amazing. So kind, personable, and very helpful. He spent a long time trying to resolve an issue we had and he was friendly during the process. I've been with Capital One for some years and have loved my experience. Today was the first time I've had to go into a branch, and thanks to Oscar it was a really pleasant experience.He needs a raise.

Absolutely poor service. Got there 5-7 min before close with no one else in the drive thru. She gave me a slip in the drawer so I proceeded to fill it in and then I sat there and waited in duration. Clock ticks 5:01 and she comes back and tells me doors are now closed and she can’t help with this anymore.You know how sometimes you talk to someone and their attitude makes you feel they’re above everyone else?So many things wrong with this I had to write a review.1. No respect to customers2. Why would you hand me a slip outside if you want me to come inside?3. Even if I didn’t hear you about coming in why wouldn’t you repeat it to me while I’m the only one out in the drive thru. You just wait until clock ticks 5:01????

I literally have tried to give this bank a chance.DO NOT BANK HERE.Twice now I have bumped into the same rude young lady, who just has an attitude of “I’m too good to accommodate to any customer”.I literally wanted to deposits cash (not that much mind you) into my business checking account.When I gave her the cash she tells me “you have to tell me the amount” I told her no can’t you count it and she said “ no you have to tell me”.ANY OTHER BANK I have banked with counts my cash. They run it through the machine and ask me if that’s the correct amount. I don’t want to disclose out loud how much I am depositing nor count it on the table.When I told her I’ll just deposit it in the atm she gave me a snarky comment of “you sure can”.When I called to ask for a manager, of course she answered the phone and still had a rude attitude and tells me there is no manager till Thursday and I suspect she is lying.I wanted to bank here so I can establish my income with a credit union. I was sadly mistaken.I have my personal account with Chase and I will be banking there.I will hold this rude lady accountable though cause no one deserves to bank with someone who feels too important to count cash. ???

Went to make a 1200 dollar deposit, and the ATM glitched with my card and money still inside. Stood cautiously at the ATM, as it was attempting to reboot. This was pay day and was my entire pay check. I first asked a lady in the lobby if she could help because this had happened. She very rudly said "someone will be with you in just a minute sir". So stood in line for around five minutes or so and when I finally reached the counter. The young teller next to the lady that I was dealing with, Stopped with the customer that she was dealing with, and said I had to file a dispute. This was my entire pay check and had bills due. It was close to closing time and they called the cops and was pushed out the door. It took a week in a half before my funds were deposited. THERE IS NO DEPARTMENT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT! So just forget about it if you try. No one presented themselves as the manager on duty and it took the cops to mediate the process. It was completly unprofessional, and it seemed like no one even knew what to do in case of this happening. Besides the employees handling this completly unprofessional, they were rude. There's more to this story but can not go into it at this point. Ive been doing business with this bank for over a decade, and am completly dissatisfied. Do not make cash deposits into atms. They have no protocol or system put in place for these type of transactions.

I have been with capital one over 8 years the experience I had today left me in tears disrespectful branch fist I called before my appointment to make sure I could use my paper id from the DMV the lady over phone stated I could when we Arrived to our appointment the Young lady that assisted us ask did we have our documents yes but don't I have my regular license I stated I'm waiting for it to come in the mail I have just the DMV paper and old license.. the other teller came over really rude and ask the young lady did we have our doucments not hihello just rude then the rude teller told us I couldn't use my paper temporary from the DMV ok no problem I'll come back when it comes in but my husband can still open his business account the teller was just so nasty and rude discrimination is real it really is and I absolutely don't play the race card but when other monitors of different shades were treated differently by this teller when they came into the bank says alot....when it happens to you were your money is beening kept can be questioned able I hear about discrimination I guess I know what it feels like now I was treated very poorly at this location by one of the teller's she was so rude we were there over 3 hours literally unacceptable

I will give this bank 5 stars because the lady that always helps me is always friendly and ready to provide any help . She’s welcoming and I appreciate her due diligence everytime I come to the bank .

Had a business appointment scheduled at this location. Walked in, no one greeted us, no one asked if I had an appt. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, then went up to the cashier folks that are behind the glass, they said the couldn’t do an appointment because it was too late at that point.Horrible experience.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I made an appointment, YES I made an appointment at this branch for June 22.2021, at 130PM to open a couple of accounts. I brought with me a check for nearly $100,000 and the intentions of moving a couple of hundred thousand from my credit union as we have recently moved to the Tomball area. I approached the young fellow at the counter and explained why I was there FOR AN APPOINTMENT I MADE ONLINE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT. He told me that I would need to go home and open the account online and return to deposit the check. I again explained the large sum of money made this problematic. AGAIN , I INFORMED HIM I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO DO THIS AND WOULD NOT HAVE MADE THE APPOINTMENT IF CAPITAL ONES HAD NO INTENTION OF KEEPING IT. Went next door to Wells Fargo and they opened a prime checking, platinum savings both of our phones for mobile checking and explained how to setup direct deposit for three pension accounts, one government pension accounts and our options for getting our credit union money into Wells Fargo. You don't want my money CAPITAL ONE, you won't get it.

Entered the Lobby area after 1 pm business hours on a Saturday to use the ATM. I needed a decent variety of change and the staff had previously told me this specific ATM offers different notes.There was one patron ahead of me who was using the machine, and the staff inside definitely observed me waiting. Yet when it was my turn use the ATM the machine flashed "Be Back Soon" and a staff member loudly shouted it was unavailable from behind the ATM. I drove out of my way to get change here, and found this experience highly inconvenient and a big waste of my time.
