Before going into the office I walked up to the pedestrian gate which was unsecured with painters tape. I then let myself in and walked the grounds to get a sense of the atmosphere since I would be living here as a single woman. I noticed much of the perimeter fencing was missing sections of planks as well as the entrance or exit gate not functioning, being fully open. I was skeptical about the safety but decided to venture to the office to ask about pricing and tour a unit. The saying of you get what you pay for definitely rings true.
While much more affordable than the majority of apts I have been looking at, I could not over look the lack of security in a complex boasting upgrades of “quartz” counters that were merely paint resulting in an upcharge of about $50. Further, the apartments I viewed were musty and smelled of mold. When I brought that to the leasing agents attention her response was that her place at a sister site was the same and once you move in the apt takes on “your smell”. I also noted a smell of natural gas while walking the grounds which I did not ask about since I had noticed in pictures on google there appeared to be an issue of leaking gas in the past.
I then inquired about the tape on both pedestrian gates, I asked if it was maintenance related or other shenanigans. She replied she was unaware but would bring it to the attention of management. While the agent was nice and claimed to be a temp that had only been on site for a month she appeared to have little knowledge of the workings of the property. I told her that my biggest deterrent was the obvious lack of safety and security to which she tried to blame to some degree on the hurricane that took place almost 3 months ago.
It’s a shame that such an affordable price comes at the cost of not feeling secure. I would advise any single female to avoid this place as it stands and will continue my search elsewhere.

I want to say that Kathleen has been so wonderful! My mom fell in love with the complex so we applied. Unfortunately, due to things out of her control we have had a rollercoaster situation with paperwork. However, Kathleen has been patient, caring, and has gone above and beyond to make sure my mom moves in as soon as possible. Thank you Kathleen for being such a great representative of the service you will provide for a future tenant!

This is the best experience I've had with an apartment complex. Staff is friendly and maintenance is prompt.

Kathleen has been amazing. She's worked with me thru the entire process. Explaining everything in detail, ensuring everything is clear. Even with this being my first time getting an apartment on my own, I feel confident that even if I had any major issue, she would get it taken care quickly and properly. The complex itself is nice, clean and easy to navigate. The pool is always clean when I come thru. Parking is easy and accessible. My apartment was clearly properly cleaned and made ready.

I have lived here for a few months now, and I absolutely love my apartment! The entire front desk staff has been absolutely wonderful. Kathleen is the absolute best! Ever, since I first moved, she has checked up on me, and insured my transition into the complex was smooth! Very quiet neighborhood, very cozy apartment! Love!

This is a wonderful place to live! Kathleen has been such a help with all the little details. When I first moved in my shower head was spraying water to the side and she had the maintenance guy out to fix it the next day!

Roach infested building to the point it’s uninhabitable and breaking my lease because I am sick and tired of waking up to roaches on my bed & pillows bathroom everywhere. They keep switching to cheap vendors to save money so their pest control makes the problem even worse. Oh, which you also have to put in a request for EVERY time otherwise they dont service your apartment. Its not automatic like with other normal complexes. Paying $15/month for community maintenance but it looks like low rent apartment area with the grass grown so much, dog poop and trash everywhere. Unreliable internet that never works which they charge you $50 for anyways whether there’s service given on a particular day(s) or you use theirs or not. We were paying minimum under $5 for trash, sewer base, pest control etc and here its about almost twice as much if not even more. We throw our trash away by ourselves and get charged $15-18 per month as well on it anyways. Getting hot water is like a game sometimes u get it sometimes u dont, water pressure is dead, be prepared to spend double time in the shower unless you get your own expensive shower head or something. If you don’t want stress or a headache every other day over some new problem, this is not the place for you.

If stable internet and reliable plumbing are essential to you, do NOT move here. The property requires you pay for “commercial WiFi service” However, the service rarely works consistently and your bill is not corrected to show the days when service wasn’t available. The water pressure is low, the water itself is constantly a brownish color, and let’s not mention how long it takes to get hot. The only accolades I can give this place are…I’ve never seen a “house roach” so either pest control is working or keeping a clean house is the trick. I also have no complaints about maintenance. The few times I’ve needed assistance, it’s been timely and courteous.

Jessica was amazing. One of the best property managers I’ve had the pleasure of renting under. Works with you, and tries to be fair with her tenants. Overall a great time living here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The manager Jessica is terrible. She is a liar, she's rude and unprofessional also. Plan on going a week or two without hot water. They tow your car out of spots they assign to you! Worst apartment complex i have ever lived at! Super unprofessional office staff. Roach infested. Don't expect to get things fixed either!

My kids live there, they've been broke into their car. Another guy threatened my son in law.
