I am highly disappointed with this company. My first time coming and my absolutely last. I had a Rep by the name of Adam I called to have my car towed to the shop he begin to inquire about having it towed I stated to him my warranty company allows free towing 🤔 Adam says I don't think they have free towing I stated they did.
I sent my car to have it checked for a lower hose leaking that caused it to get a signal it was overheating.
I received a call from Adam stating it needs a new engine $13,000 I stated to Adam my car was running fine no indication of the engine having any problems. I address Adam about fixing the hose that I had my car sent there for I was told he couldn't fix the hose I needed to buy a new engine.
I am not happy with the way my whole experience with this company I received a false carfax about my oil not being changed since June it was changed in March by another private machanic shop I was told because it didn't have a sticker that company doesn't put stickers on your vehicle.
If you don't know the past history on work was done on a person's car ask the customer to educate you on any pass work done instead of making an assumption.

Nice story but highly untrue I purchased the insurance in August of last year have the card to prove it also have receipts of work done before I know you see a women and a porche 💰💰💰 just won't work with me I am very knowledgeable about cars🤷🏾♀️
Car didn't over heat I have to pay for this car so I don't ignore when it needs service you made so many false statements on what has not been done instead of asking.

I am very impressed with the service I received at MK Auto, the communication was on point , I had an idea of what was wrong with the AC and the charging system that I've been debating and dabbling with for some time and finally I got the solution I needed . The communication was honest and clear , they took their time to get the quality work done and the price is reasonable.
