I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch and will not return. I booked a 3:30 PM appointment to open a checking account, anticipating a swift process, but it took an unacceptable 1 hour and 30 minutes. In 2025, it’s inexcusable for such a routine task to drag on this long. The employee, Patel, appeared to lack basic computer proficiency and asked irrelevant questions, further delaying the process. The service was slow, inefficient, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend avoiding this branch to save your time and frustration. I have no intention of doing business here again. I suspect this reflects poorly on how DEI policies are implemented in corporate settings

Tim the manager there really cares about his customers. His team is not to pushy and they always asks about my family. I feel comfortable talking with him about more than just a checking account. Tim has great goals set out for me financially.

it should not take 30 minutes just to withdraw some money because the teller is having social hour in a busy Saturday. They need to hire more tellers or open the drive thru

I have never met or seen such an unmotivated group of people working inside a bank. It is disgusting and foul how rude that woman working trying to open me an account was. I wish I got her name so I could blast her online to prevent others from wasting their time. But it looks like this branch is rated 2 1/2 stars for a reason. Such a waste of space and resources.

We arrived at this location at 4:15pm to open up a checking and savings account for my son. We were told that we could not be helped at that time since they close at 5pm, and the only person who could help me is already with a client. Even after I told them that I was willing to wait, they advised that I leave and make an appointment. It took 3 weeks to line up our schedules to finally make it into the branch after school to open the accounts for our son. The website did not indicate that an appointment would be required. It only stated that the guardians and minor must be present.
Given that this is not the first time that I have been turned away during normal business hours at this location, I do not intend to continue business with Chase.

This location has NO ATM's! We have to drive now 30 minutes to another location (in the ghetto) just to make deposits!

I try to avoid this location since the drive thru is always closed and there is no outside ATM. You have to go inside for everything. The tellers are friendly but I'd rather go to a location with a drive thru.
