I visited the FM 2920 location, stressed while visiting from abroad. As I walked in, I was greeted with a smile from Ms Rachel. I needed assistance in activating my card and she was kind and patient.
On another visit, I needed to do a cash withdrawal and requested some envelopes, checkbook registers, and a card sleeve for my bank card; Ms Sunshine assisted me without complaint.

I walked in this branch office today to deposit some cash had mold damage. The bank associate didn’t even look at the bills and told me to call Chase support line to let them send me an envelope so I send the damaged bills for destroying and after that I’ll be credited on the amount of money I sent. Following that instructions I called Chase support line and asked them about the envelope, they were very surprised and told me that branch can take care about it themselves. So I went to Panther Creek branch and they accepted the money no problem. So 2920/Kuykendahl branch staff are lazy and useless and one star is all they deserve

Horrible branch. No one is actually willing to help and every time I’ve gone in person it’s been constant confusion and miscommunication on the banks end.
Today I called and was told to come into the branch to open a checking for my step daughter. We arrive 7 mins after I call and are told they can’t open the account because they close in 30 mins. This branch honestly needs to just be terminated and either closed down or completely staffed.
I will be withdrawing all of my money from Chase and moving to a different institution, the quality of their banking has gone from great to piss poor

Came in to open a new account with them, and it was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. I was helped by both Alexander & Melissa, and they were both very patient , very knowledgeable, and great people to have conversation with. This will be my Chase bank !

I went in bank at 9:15 am with zero other customers in the branch. I was told I’d need to wait until 11:45 for an appointment or could schedule an appt. The customer service people were “too busy” but were all 3 standing in an office drinking coffee talking about what they did last night but I guess that’s too busy to help a new customer. (Was going to be a new customer).
Second branch that’s blown me off. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Horrible customer service, the bank teller (David herandez) couldn't wait a few minutes because I was late due to traffic. As a student I was excited to open my new bank account, but was disappointed as I was turned down.

Horrible! Incompetent tellers. They do not know how to do basic transactions. Had to wait while one taught the other. This took about 45 minutes instead of 5!!! I complained to Patty the Manager, indicating the tellers should know how to handle transactions, not learn in front of the customer. She said it was OK for them to train at the teller window!!!!! Chase Corporate:Please get rid of this manager!!!! She is part of the problem.

I went to this location a year ago and I received the worst service ever, decided to go to the on Holzwarth and they were amaizing but currently closed right now so I have no option other than going to this location again doing the same transaction as always did in the other branch, they denied my transaction just because I didn’t have a debit card, and placed a hold on my deposit and didn’t not give me a proper reason of why, I discovered I was talking to the Branch Manager but while asking questions she kept receiving responses from someone else, so Does she really know her business or was she really the BM? Her name was Lisa I think, they don’t even have the proper customer service skills, they are rude and they are totally there just to get a pay check, I will never go to this location again, I prefer to drive far to The Woodlands if necessary. No wonder why they have 2 stars. And the first teller that was helping me was too scare to talk to me that she went to get the BM and she didn’t even know what she was saying either. What a joke of a team they have in that branch. If could give no stars I would but even 1 star it’s too much for them

Attention Patty Burgoin:
You have two absolutely wonderful employees on your team! KATEN your manager, as well as LISA, helped me out of a major bind this summer. I was from out of town & I was robbed on a cruise. Total nightmare!! They both went above & beyond their duty to help me access my remaining funds. They did not have to go through the all trouble they did. I’m sure others would’ve turned me away.
While still following proper protocol with identification & authentication of my account they also used empathy & excellent customer service as a navigator. I couldn’t let another day go by without saying…THANK YOU!

Rude location overall, sharing my experience of over a year now banking with this location. Always had a feeling of unwelcome attitudes. Big time lacking customer service at this location.Tellers creating their own rules. They don’t even know difference between commercial banking and personal. I was told they don’t accept more than 2 deposits at commercial drive through window. Are you guys serious?
