Bankers aren’t there at 4p. The staff they do have there are not helpful and can’t do their jobs. Corporate needs to take a look at this location. Unless you are just using the ATM, I’d avoid.

Drive through is closed. All ATMs are removed. Only private banking services during business hours inside this location are offered due to robbery, vandalism and repeated crime at this extremely busy highway location next to 2 known homeless encampments. Nearest chase ATM is 3 miles away.

I recently changed my bank to Chase, with this being my primary visiting location and I could not be happier with the service I'm receiving. In particular, I've now been helped twice by Julian, who is nothing short of courteous, considerate, and a pleasure to do business with. I expect to be using this location for a long time coming. Excellent service provided by delightful people.

Unprofessional people , went to get info to open an student account the lady never told me to make an appointment, came back 2 days after with paperwork ready to open the account for my son, when the front girl ask me if a made an appointment, appointment for what ?? I explained her that already spoke to the lady couple days before an she never mention anything I need to make an appointment she just told me gather your paperwork and come back when you ready ... Left and went to bank of America I got my account no issues ... Way better costumer service than these people waist of time !!!

I went there on a Thursday morning at around 11.There weren’t any other customers there, so I had no wait time at all.When I entered the building, I was greeted with a friendly hello all the way from the other side of the hall where two booths were occupied by 2 employees.Overall the experience gave a pretty professional vibe, and I was in and out in less than five minutes.

Tellers are nice during the week. You cannot access the ATM on the weekend though. Super d**** The other ATMs are not working next to the main building either. Sad face
