Anthony was in the middle of helping my family separate the bank accounts which doesn’t take long and all the sudden the lady who is the Manager or Boss came in to interrupt and told Anthony he has clients for their 10:30am appointment. She stated quote “You can go and they can be attended from another person”. This lady is unprofessional. This didn’t took long and finished in 10 minutes or less, for the other who is late for her appointment that’s her own fault. Not only unprofessional she did but is racial discrimination because we’re Hispanic and she is Latina. My mother has stage 4 cancer and with that kind of attitude is best CHASE bank to relocate her elsewhere, and bring someone with professionalism and respect. Who would come and interrupt in the middle of getting the accounts separated and signed off. Anthony you have my 5 Stars but to your boss she needs to relocate or find herself another job.

Easy, not crowded. The staff was amazing and helpful. They even had a dog treat to offer for my dog who had just finished a chemo treatment. Really good location with professionalism and care.

Wish I could give zero stars. I’ve came here before with ZERO issues to cash my check. I had a chase credit card (even used it at other chase banks to cash my check). They wanted me to pay $10 to cash it and wanted to see my business credit card account number. All in all I had to pay the $10 which left me a smaller check than what I already had. Will not be coming here again.

Never had issues using the drive thru atms alot of chase banks card access doesn't work due to homelessness ie medical center people defecting and using in the front door lobby. My issue is trying to call to ask a question called numerous times and no one seems to pick up. The best chase bank I been to by far is in Tomball the service there was great

Honestly, i would leave zero stars if I could for this particular branch. We recently closed an account with Chase and without going into too much detail, we were charged an exorbitant amount of overdraft fees for a $10.00 recurring charge that apparently went through after the account was closed. That aside, I had called the corporate office and spoke to whom I needed and we came to an agreement. I was told we could go to any branch and settle out the business. My husband, this morning, went to this branch to pay the amount and go on about his way. Instead, he had to wait over an hour after a snotty teller told him the amount he was paying was far less than what was owed and refused to discuss the matter further. I meanwhile got the department at corporate I had spoken to on the phone (who was extremely pleasant,) merged calls and my husband handed the phone to the teller. She confidently and condescendingly, tells us that she cannot speak to the rep on the personal phone, but the branch instead would have to call internally. Okay...(insert eye roll here) this did not happen at the very beginning if there was an issue that was out of her authority to handle?
Fast forward, the corporate office tells the teller she just needed to scroll down and that everything was documented in the notes. Apparently the Manager still had to come over and instruct her on what to do and finally accepts the payment. Seriously? This is what customer service has come to? An hour wasted over an ego inflated young lady on a power trip who probably makes about $12/hour wanting to prove herself because she works at a bank. If she would have taken a moment in the first place to scroll down through ALL of the notes this could have been avoided. Instead she wanted to stamp her little foot and prove that she was right. Well alrighty then, all it's gotten you is a nasty review and a pissed off former customer. i understand Managers are busy or encourage employees to handle situations themselves, but come on, admit you don't know how to do something and ask for help. I would not be wasting my time writing this and my husband could have returned to what he was doing today if the time had been taken to take a step back and ask if you don't know. Hopefully someone at the branch or corporate will see this and address the situation, perhaps offering more training in this area. Sorry, but not sorry, I'm tired of just standing by and accepting poor service from a business I was paying to use.

Bank hours say they open at 9am. I’m here at 9:10am and doors are still locked. Not the place you want to have in your plans if you are short on time.

I went in there today for a deposit issue. It was a very frustrating situation, although there was a long wait period to see a banker it was well worth it. the banker i worked with (Janette Rios) was able to locate the problem with the deposit and was very empathetic with my situation. Told me if I have any problems with the people on the phone to come back to her

I went in and the greeter was kind. Easy access to get money from the ATM inside. I wasn't too familiar with that ATM but the greeter saw I needed help so she assisted me. I appreciated the great customer service. Even if it was just smiles the clerks gve is so important.

My experience in this place was terrible. Very poorly attended to by Anthony Rodríguez. And in addition to the poor service I went for, they didn't ask me to do it.

My sister and I went to this branch. She was trying to open an account. We had the worst customer experience ever. We got discriminated for the fact that we are Hispanic. There was a representative there with tattoos, that’s told my sister that we will need an appointment in order to open an account, which is understandable. But, she also made a remark that my sister must be an American Citizen in order to open an account. She assumed that we might be illegal. I tried calling the brunch manager to report this without luck. I will report this to corporate. Para la gente hispana no vayan a esta locación. Muy mal servicio y los van a discriminar.

I went to change some bills and the teller shorted me $100 but I didn’t notice until later.
