Very professional, professional atmosphere. No matter which Chase branch you walk into, everyone is nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Banks are there so you can deposit right?! That includes coins! I would carry in a bag of rolled quarters and get denied of depositing them. They say that there’s no more room in their vault. But I don’t deposit coins everyday or even every week for that matter. Every time I go (5 or 6 times), I’m told that there’s no more room for the quarters I’m trying to deposit. I’m starting to think that they just don’t want to deal with coins! It’s too much hassle for them because it isn’t BIG MONEY. Should have learned my lesson after first couple of times. But gave them benefit of the doubt. ?

Went through the drive thru and was helped in less than 5 minutes, including my transaction. This Chase is well ran and the people still care about your banking with them!

Customer service is always superior. Especially the branch I go to the branch manager deserves a pay raise. Great customer service

Absolute worst customer service in a bank I’ve ever experienced. I’ve always banked with Wells Fargo but decided to open an account with chase because of a promotion they had. This was my first time ever walking into a chase bank. The parking lot was full but when I walked in I realized it was all employees. There was not one customer. Went in to add my spouse to the account and were told we had to make an appointment for next week. ?????? The bank was FULL of employees doing nothing and no one could help us because they “didn’t have any more available appointments” until next week. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never been sent away from ANY Wells Fargo branch ever. I will be waiting for my promotion money to be deposited then close the account. Terrible first impression.

Raoul was very helpful, and got me approved when I came in to apply for a credit card. He was very nice, and friendly. He made my experience very nice after having to wait for a while in the lobby.

Very bad communication between the staff is what my perception is. Wife (member of chase bank) and I went to chase bank Saturday to get a cashiers check but we weren’t able to because her her license just expired. They told her that her husband can come in with cash and basically I’m able to get my cashiers check I don’t need to be a member. I go there today and their associate while standing next to the manager tells me cashiers check is for members only. I don’t know who’s right and who’s wrong but this branch needs to get their entire team on the same page. So customer won’t waste so many trips back and forth.

I went to open a business account. They refused it saying that all appointments were booked. I tried to stay to wait if some appointment fail and they told me that they won't help me today anyways. Definitely will bring my money to a better bank.

I will never go to this bank again to do business. Yesterday May 10, 2022 at 4 pm, I was racially profiled by bank staff. I was in the bank parking lot and was blocked in by a harris county constable who told me the bank told him that a women that was in the bank at the time who was suspected of passing a bad check and they told him she got out of my car. I explain to the officer I did not know the lady and I was by myself, but that was not go enough. Now, I will let you know I am African American and I know what is going happen. I am now being detained and people were videoing me while this was going on, I was so embarrassed. When they see the women come out of the bank the officers follow her to her car and then they see we don't know each other, but the only thing we had in common was we were both African American and and I was guilty by just being the only black person in the parking lot at that moment. Now after the officer relies I was not with this lady and with the bank manager standing next to him, he said I am free to go and get out of here and the bank person who told the officer I was with this lady never said I am sorry for the mix up or anything, never ask me if I needed go into the bank, she just looked at me as if I didn't matter. As a American citizen I have a right to be places and for this bank staff member to endanger my life with a serious allegation, that could ended badly for me, is unacceptable and I hope Chase Bank take notice of this post and retrain your staff there to appreciate African-American lives while banking.

I went to open a joint account. The teller and supervisor were very unhelpful. They directed my girlfriend to the website to make a appointment. Instead of helping us open a account. We went a hour before closing and more then 1 banker were in their office. Very unprofessional store location. Looked like the bankers we’re more worried about closing then helping us out.

Like this review if the banker keeps calling you with “important information about your account” over the past 5 years and then you call her back or you go visit her and she doesn't even know anything about you and is just seeing if you need any services.

The tellers at this location are nice, but not the personal banker. He was rude.
