Great customer Service at FM2920 location in Spring . will go there for future auto services.. Shein the service advisor was extremely professional and courteous . very knowledgeable and went out of his way to pick me up after completion of services .. Just a very customer service oriented place and kudos to the technicians who make sure your issue is resolved

Good experience. Didn’t try to sell me anything i didn’t need. Good communication. I bought an oil change package on a car I’ve recent sold and they did me a solid and transferred the remaining oil changes to my current vehicle. Will definitely use them moving forward.

I travel around Houston for work. As I was coming to spring , I started noticing my car driving a little scary. I thought it would've been the wheel balance or maybe a bad alignment. I called Christian AM and spoke to Bill. Now this man has great attentiveness but the overall experience is what I am very not happy about and felt like I would've been bamboozled. I spoke to him over the phone and told him what time experiencing and he told me to come and do he can take a proper look not a for sure look . Fair enough . Mind you , I've been on the road this whole time . I got there spoke to the man and everything seemed great . He told me to turn the wheel all the way to the right and all I can see was the tire tread. This was after he saw me drive up on the side the I had the issue . He told me his analysis and I was very appreciative and tolde for 99$ he can give me a proper evaluation. Fair but I'm far away and no guarantee that it'll be seen today . Later drove it a bit away and it got worse . I got out and seen , THREE LUG NUTS WERE MISSING . c'mon dude . You mean you couldn't just tell me " hey brother , your missing 3 lug nuts " you seen the wheel , you pointed it out and then you told me to turn the wheel so I wouldn't see it . Christian right ? Well ended up going to The Mechanic Shop and they got me in and out that same day on the case of an emergency .

Very nice and easy to speak with. It's the little things that make stuff happen and they do good work and treat you right. I love that they have a shuttle service as well. Just some really great people who were looking out for me and that is a rarity in their business. 5 Stars easy!!!

We’ve got a car that has required a lot of maintenance and Christian Brothers have come to the rescue. I trust their repairs and everybody has been very kind and honest in dealing with the issues.

Christian Brothers is always helpful. When we brought our Expedition they were quick to find the problem. We will always use Christian for our vehicle repair and maintenance.

Christian brothers in a fast timely manner fixed my car and got it to pass inspection very fast and kept me up to date about everything they found wrong with my car and fixed everything I needed them to inspect order for my car to pass inspection I recommend christian brothers auto to anyone who has car troubles and wants a good shop that will treat them like family

People are supper nice, don't be fooled by care plus extended warranty, complete junk. Does not cover right away as they said. Unfortunately for Christian Brothers that their name is attached to this poor company, will not take my car back to them.

Had very good service with them with my father-in-law‘s Jeep had a check engine light come on turned out. It was minor, but they got it in. They got it fixed and we have the jeep back really quick very happy with the service and everything they were able to get taken care of on his jeephundred percent happy
