There's no better option. Their service, care, and transparency is unparalleled in today's world. When I took my truck in for an engine knock, Allen took time to personally look at it and write detailed notes. Thinking this would be an expensive fix, I was relieved when they found that the previous owner had likely put in the wrong weight oil...even though the DeMontrond dealership assured me they had changed the oil when I bought it less than 2000 miles ago. CB simply changed the oil which quickly resolved the engine codes and knocking.

Appointment time means something for this business unlike other places that give you a appointment time and begin working two hours after. CBA keeps you informed through text messages on the progress of the work being done. The staff is great; Shane was awesome and so was the gentleman seating next to him. This was my first time going there and I would not go anywhere else in the future.

Great customer satisfaction! Had a bit of my meticulousness kicking in after I picked up my car. They really took care of me until I was completely satisfied. Transported me to, and back from work so no waiting time at all as they are working on my car while I was at work. Shout out to my service adviser Shain K. Really took good care of me. Thanks guys!

My battery was bad after 4 months, with the help of Shain and Allen they had all my information and immediately swapped it out. I so thankful for their patience and commitment to excellence. I will always come to their location again for my future car needs.Awesome team

Initial experience here was a tad rocky, but was very pleasantly surprised to be contacted afterwards by the customer care team. I have to say the team worked hard to make things right and exceeded my expectations. The front desk folks are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to others, and will be bringing my vehicles back again.

My review of Christian Brothers Automotive is a Great job! I dropped my vehicle off for a road trip inspection and wow did I get just that! All components were thoroughly checked. From the shocks, brakes, air filters, cabin filters, routers, etc. While waiting for my vehicle the customer service was top-notch! Every step of the way the employees were super friendly and made sure we were comfortable in our wait. I was informed about what I needed and all the printouts were sent over to make sure I understood the breakdown and cost. If it didn't need much attention I was notified about that! Now I’ve gone to many Automotive establishments, but this was by far one of the best I've gone to! I'm glad I had the opportunity to take my vehicle there for this inspection. It was the best experience I have had! This Christian Brothers Automotive Center Will Be My Location Of Choice Moving Forward! The Customer Service Was The Greatest! I am thoroughly impressed with this mechanic shop. I have never experienced one like this they provide transportation within a reasonable distance of their shops, which is a big reason why I didn’t like going to shops, because I didn’t like leaving my car and trying to find a way to get back to the shop.They also were able to diagnose a car problem that no one else could figure out and now my car runs just fine without any problems.In regards to how they do service, they use an electronic system that allows the technician and the customer to be able to see all diagnoses with the pictures included prior to them starting to work, and the work that they did during the service. Prices are broken down and explained through the electronic services, and they are explained in person; you are able to accept services or decline services after they do diagnoses on your car.The people there are so kind and friendly and they’re openly honest which is a big thing for me when it comes to situations like car problems. Their diagnosis was about 169, but that was an extreme thorough diagnosis from the beginning to end of the car, I believe they took about 2 to 4 hours diagnosing my car that’s how thorough they are so I save for that kind of price that’s extremely reasonableFor those who may want to know, I was having starter problems even after replacing the starter the spark plugs, the battery and the fuel pump. And I still was having issues and they determined that it was the crankshaft sensor. No one else was able to determine that and their machine was able to read the codes and wouldn’t even let them bypass until that sensor was fixed as Mechanic suggested that was the only reason why I was having started problems and again I haven’t had problems since then it’s been about a week.

After an engine light came on my truck, Christian Brothers quickly determined the cause. Their customer service is superior to most. They are very informative throughout the entire process and even provide visual information pertaining to your vehicle. They have definitely earned my future business.

Had wheel bearings, 4 tires, shocks, control arm bushings all replaced along with brake fluid flush and coolant refilled and alignment. They did this all in 3 days. Fast friendly service. They take pictures of everything and write in detail the issues. They also send you a copy of all of it with detailed pictures explaining and pointing out the issues of your vehicle to your email. They even have a finacial aid program like a loan (need credit score of 300-850 to be approved) thatll help knock off a decent chunk of the final costs. 100% trust worthy and female friendly. And their customer service is 10/10 thank you Alan!

This review is more about the experience I had when calling to ask a question. I had my check engine light pop on, stopped by Auto Zone to have it scanned and it told me the issue was my VVT Solenoid. This was for a 2016 Santa Fe Limited.I called Hyundai, 3 week wait just to get an analysis, a couple other places gave me 5-7 days before they could analyze it and told me it would be north of $400 to fix (minimum). Then I talked to Tyler at Christian Brothers. He was willing to set up a time to check out the SUV but he also asked me a couple questions. He told me the Hyundai was known to be an internal oil burner and asked when I had my last oil change. Ironically, it was a little overdue but no warnings or anything. He said if it was a little low it could set off that solenoid issue and he advised me to get a good oil change, drive the vehicle a couple of days and see if it resets itself. If not, they would be happy to look at it. Guess what? He was 100% accurate. I changed the oil, the check engine light went off. I even had the vehicle scanned again to check and there was no code error. Imagine that, a company giving sound advice to help you and not keeping their knowledge for profit. Thanks Tyler for being inquisitive, helpful and saving me an expense that would have been unnecessary. That customer care alone made me a loyal customer.

I thought my car needed an alignment since it was pulling to the right. After they inspected the vehicle, it was not an alignment problem, but a defective tire.I needed to go back to tire store. Christian Brothers spent time and effort on my car and did not charge me a penny since they could not fix it. What a great experience!
