Staff isn't helpful and will literally apologize for you taking your time as a disabled patron to other patrons (even if you're against the wall with a mobility device and not in anyone's way).
The movie, seats, and the general patronage is fine though. So experience wise - I got what I wanted for the movie. I just didn't expect to have that public embarrassment on the way to the restroom after.

Never going back to this place. Decided to purchase ticket at the theater since they charge extra $2 to do it on your phone. Naturally, the ticket machine at the theater didn't work and when I pushed for help, it did nothing, nor were there any employees to help. Ended up having to leave. Oh, and BTW, there was virtually no one else going to that movie so they had zero business for it at that time.

The employees doesn’t wear any kind of hair nets pulled a long straight dark red hair out of my teeth while I was eating popcorn !! I literally had to pull someone else’s hair out of my mouth im so disgusted i went to the bathroom to throw up !! I wasn’t given any receipts so I was unable to get a refund I did exchange it for displayed snacks. I will never return again the it’s no telling if there’s more hair in the popcorn because the hair didn’t even belong to the employee who served me

This Cinemark location is clean
and it's employees well trained and friendly . Care is given to cleanliness in all areas from the lobby and small dining area, to the theaters. halls , and restrooms. For those eager to beat rhe scorching heat the 68°F setting will be comfortable and inviting. For those sensitive to cold , Bring a SWEATER or light JACKET . The only feature lacking is the upgrade to movie recliners which are replacing the cushioned rocker type seating once considered top of the line.

A nice clean theater. The food is limited to popcorn and snacks. The screens are smaller than a larger theater. The matinee prices are great.

The absolute worst seats I have ever experienced in a theater. Especially for an XD theater in an “auditorium”. Horrible. I will not come back.
