Customer service has become absolutely terrible over the last 2-3 weeks. Appears new manager has come in and hired only their friends. Used to be a very friendly store but now it is not. Employees parking all day in the car wash vacuum spots is bad business. It’s unfortunate, used to come in here every day.

I enjoy shopping at Circle K in the 5700 Block of Louetta when Skye assists me. She is friendly and always has a smile and treats me with courtesy. She’s always friendly with everyone who enters the store. She reminds me when the store first opened how everyone was as friendly as she is. But now it’s only her. Great job Skye

Doors are constantly locked during business hours. This location has gone downhill. I used to come here daily now I just go somewhere that I know will let me in.

Ah, Circle K—the land of the legendary Polar Pop and characters like Steve, the cashier who somehow knows everybody’s business and still manages to ring you up with a smirk and a comment that’s half compliment, half roast.
The Polar Pop is basically a rite of passage: big, cold, and suspiciously cheap. You walk in planning to grab a small soda and somehow walk out with a 44-ounce jug of diabetes in a plastic throne.
And Steve? Steve’s been working there since before Circle K was a Circle K. He’ll ask how your grandma’s doing, comment on the weather, tell you what time the cops rolled through last night, and still scan your stuff without looking. He’s the kind of guy who’ll say, “You again? What are you on, your fifth Polar Pop today?” But if you forget your wallet, he’ll cover you—then remind you about it for the next six months.
Steve is great.

Place is run like a zoo. Smells like one too. Don’t honor specials and incentives they have posted in the store. Terrible.

I arrived at 2:50pm on a Tuesday hoping to buy a takeout meal. But there was no ice for the soda, and no hot meal items of any kind, no hot dogs, no pizza, no hot sandwiches, no burgers, no tacos, nothing. So I left with a lukewarm soda

The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I see Chris in the morning for coffee on my way to work and she always has a smile and a kind word. Every time I go there it's always very clean and well stocked.

Emory, Anthony and the Blonde woman on the day shift are fantastic. There is also a man that works days but I do not know his name. This crew is amazing.
There is one lazy, rude and unwelcoming Hispanic woman on the night shift that keeps us form giving this location our evening business. Any manager that keeps her on the team will soon realize how the dead weight of other affects the exemplary employees.
She is rude EVERY TIME. She act as it's we are burdening her. She refuses to assist in anything regarding questions and if she answers us, it's with a horrible attitude in her tone of voice. This evening put the cherry on the cake as she has the polar pop station shut down and there were clearly cups there. It is understandable if there was a bigger issue at hand that she was not divulging however when my wife saw a cup and inquired about it, she rudely reiterated what her sign said. Self check out was also closed down.

There’s a guy with dark hair hanging out there all the time???? He sits in a car and just watches us customers. Why?!?! Why has no one noticed this other than us customers?

Been coming to this store for years, never had any problems, the staff are pleasant in general and polite. Their policies are clearly stated and universally enforced. Mrs. McKenzie and Mrs. Chris have always been professional towards me and others I have seen.

They need better cashiers! Mackenzie is disrespectful, along with the older lady who is working today. Bad customer service!
They definitely shouldn’t be in customer service!
I’m 31 years old I have a photo of my DL I have never had such a problem buying backwoods. An older lady & gentlemen were both ahead of me , who both bought cigarettes & I watched her NOT ask for either of their DL & then when I walk up she asked for mine. No problem, she then won’t take the picture.
I leave.
My mom went in to buy HER backwoods & they refused her service with her DL.
They pick & choose who the policy applies to!
I’ll stick with my places where people smile when u walk in & ask how you’re doing not with a nasty RBF.
