We've been using Clean Touch Cleaners for two years now. The drop-off service is fantastic and the dry cleaning is always ready for pick-up on time. They have exceptional tailoring services which we've used several times. The staff is always attentive and helpful with any questions we have.

Been going to CTC for the last few years. Came back and has stayed consistent, just like before! Wish they had shoe cleaning, but the manager said it is on the horizon!

Been going here for the last few months! Great service and communication. Consistent next day delivery! Perfect and much cheaper than tide.

I do not recommend this laundry service because they damage clothing and do NOT respond. I have used this laundry service, and I always have issues with the shirt creases, and they make double lines on the pants. However, the last time, they stained two of my new shirts. One of the employees initially suggested that the stains might be from the iron, like rust. I didn't bring them in with those stains, but we had to talk to the manager, a rude and unhelpful man who barely listened to us. He said the shirts weren't new, and the laundry service would not take responsibility. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE."

Horrible customer service. They do not take responsibility when it comes to ANY problem. Super defensive and don’t hear you out. This is not how you run a business in a neighborhood that is family oriented.

Good service but communication needs improvement. I didn't know an item wasn't done until I showed up a day after it was supposed to be ready to find out they needed more time, which wasn't a problem, but a phone call could have saved me a trip.

Terrible customer service when it comes to resolving a problem. My family and I have been coming here for some time but that doesn’t mean anything to this business when it comes to resolving a problem. I brought in an Orvis wool sweater and upon pick up it went from a men’s XL to a kid’s small. They offered to try and fix it through a process to stretch it back out which I agreed to. Upon return it was now a mens small, still not an XL. They still charged me for the cleaning. I was told to come when the manager works but those days and times kept changing to discuss a resolution. I’ve been asked for a receipt and told I wouldn’t be helped without one, for something I bought last Christmas… I have been told they’ll make it right and no follow up. I have gone in person 5 times and one man said the owner would call me after he dropped off the checks on Tuesday. No call, no follow up as per usual. I went back in to leave a note for the owner to call me back and the front desk woman was rude and assuming. I have been told I would be offered partial credit for the cost of the sweater and then this woman started telling me it would only be store credit, if anything. At this point, the frustration is not worth it. Take your cheap things here that you don’t care about for everyday cleaning. Don’t take anything over $50 because if it gets ruined, you’re on your own. So disappointed in the lack of customer service and follow through.

er reviewing my dry cleaning in my closet I noticed that one of my tops was completely ruined. The sleeves were shortened and the structure of the top was completely altered. I went to the store to see what solution they can provide and the woman at the desk was extremely rude. She said she needed to review the video tapes accusing me of not bringing this $395 blouse to their shop. She said I needed to contact the store I purchased it at as they cleaned it like they should. I asked for the owner or manager contact information. She then gave me a number that had a busy signal when called. I told her that I was growing increasingly upset and said my husband and I have both brought items to their store. She rolled her eyes looked up my name and said "you've been here a lot before? You've only been here a few times". She then wanted me to leave the blouse there and said someone would call me but didn't know when. She was extremely unprofessional and unless you want to risk ruining your clothes I would not bring your business here.

This review is for the Harmony dry cleaning store. Not the Tomball one, regarding employee Juanita. I went in on August 1st, 2022 to pick up my husbands dry cleaners as usual. Juanita told me one of his shirts was ruined, when I asked to see it, she said they didn't even have it with them because it was torn up completely. She said she would give me a credit for $80 between her and I, and that my total for that day was $46 and some change. I didn't get a receipt or anything, she just let me take the clothes and said next time, I would have another remaining credit since she told me she would credit me $80. Now, each one of my husbands shirts are $90, but fine, I took it. My husband went back to pick up another one of his dry cleaning on 8/24/22 and another girl helped him and told him that Juanita said the $80 was already used by me. INCORRECT AND A LIE. So I called today 8/26/22 to speak directly with Juanita, and she straight up lied to me and said I used up the total on 7/22/22. That's a lie. I have texts to my husband on 8/1/22 asking him what he would want me to do about the credit because I was there and I wanted to make sure he was in agreement before I left the cleaners with his clothes. Juanita tried using a different date and different charge to tell me the credit was already used... and a few days ago I found ANOTHER SHIRT RUINED AND PATCHED UP! Bottom line, this lady is a liar and does shady business and she's not even the owner or anyone who should be making business with customers! I've been a customer of theirs for years!! Not anymore! Not as long as that woman continues to work there!

They broke a buckle on my belt! Last week I dropped off my trench coat together with the belt, went to pick it up few days later and lady at the checkout didn’t mention anything and was just acting weird. I went home and discovered that buckle was broken. I went there next day, and the same lady told me that the manager would call me to discuss the incident. No one called me. They don’t even care to call a customer and apologize.
