Sandra Sandra has done a tremendous job with everything and anything we could have needed or desired here during our long extended stay at this location. We are needing to move or to warehouses into one closer to the office as our office moved up into the woodlands.
She has been a great on-site manager!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was their customer for a year. Last Sunday, I needed to get my trailer out of the property because I have a business there. The gate wouldn't open. I waited from 6:00 to 7:20 in the morning. I called to report it and have them open the gate, and they just told me to wait until the manager arrived at 1:00 in the afternoon. They offered me a $50 refund. In my business, I make around $1,000 to $1,500 a day. With the $50 they offered, my family can't eat, lol. Today I went to the office, and the manager just made fun of me because I don't speak English (I'm using a translator for this). I felt discriminated against. I will never be their customer again.

Since I have been storing my items here Sandra has been an amazing help. She helped me to hold my space in advance. She also called me to remind me to come in for my spot as well as updated me on any changes. When/if ever I needed help at her location she is prompt & kind in doing so with assisting in any way that she can. I definitely recommend Sandra & her location
