Came into the store with a return:
I had purchased online and picked up from the distributor center. Made it all the way home in Pearland to realize it was a duplicate item and I no longer needed it. Never opened the manufacturer packaging or removed from the box I got from the warehouse.
My Conns store in Pearland gave me a super hard time with the return that I needed to call the online people and have them cancel my contract and tell me I need to go back to the ware house since that’s where I picked it up from.
Drove 40 mins back over to the ware house for them to say the online customer service will need to start the return but they will not be accepting my return regardless. The online rep stated I could go to a store to return - I let them know I’ve already done this before, going in circles.
I decided to go to this Conns as it was closest to the ware house. Walked right in Roldolfo and Kennedy were super helpful and jumped right in on helping me with getting this item returned I didn’t even have to go through my whole story. They were able to take care of everything in less than 20 mins tops. I would definitely drive the 50 mins back to this store just for their help again

Eder was very friendly. He greeted us when we entered the store and was quickly able to take care of our issue so we didn’t have to spend hours waiting on paperwork, etc.
