Love this lil spot, and Ms Queen? Knows everyone will ask about their kids? How they feeling. Megan is really awesome. There's a few more just not sure of names . A very very kind young man that works afternoon? I'd gv a 22 star out of 10 bn highest. Ms Queen asks me how I'm doing, I lost my son in 2020. So she's a very special person not just an employee to those of us who go there regularly and not so regularly. They make you feel at home no matter how long it's bn.

Don't believe the sign that says they are open 24 hours. I leave for work between 2am and 4 am and Tuesday through Friday the lady that works those nights closes the store until the next shift starts.

Bad service I came to pump gas and the pumps don't work. And the cashier's aren't cooperating with giving me back my money. Waste of time.

This place does have good prices on gas and fountain drinks but it is the dirtiest and disgusting place ever. It’s like the associates don’t take pride in the their job or even care about the business. Today was the worst I have ever seen.

Gas station itself is good, but the car wash is a whole other problem
Some times it works someetimes it just rinses the car off, other times it breaks your car
The car wash ripped the antenna off of my vehicle and I stopped in the store to talk to the manager about it, only the assistant manager was there and he took my info and said someone would get back with me, that was a month and a half ago. He gives me the managers name and phone number to which I have never gotten a phone call answered or replied to.
When I return 1 more time to see if they would do anything about it the manager would not even come out of the office to speak to me, just sent the same assistant manager with a phone number to corporate to which I also have not gotten a phone call answered not returned after leaving a couple of messages.
I usually don’t do these type of reviews but the lack of response and responsibility has pushed me to this point now. Worst part is this is my neighborhood gas station and car wash and I used to use it very often but a very reluctant to anymore.
Moral of story if your car gets damaged in car wash don’t expect them to do anything to reconcile situation, but other than that good place to get gas.

I just have to share the awesomeness of Ms. Shonda-CSR I came in this morning and was greeted with a smile and every customer there after was too. She's a breath of "sunshine" and customer service impeccable. ??

Note my 2 star rating is specifically toward this store in the afternoon. The employee Kat is probably one of the rudest convenience store employees I have ever met. She tends to make snide comments under her breath and roll her eyes if you so much as ask for anything behind the counter. A pack of backwoods cigars, a scratch off. It is dramatic how she acts toward customers who dare to ask something that requires her to press a button on the register. It is ok to have a bad day but this is a consistent issue. I tend to just get gas and go to another store if she is behind the counter. It is not a bad day for her. It seems like a bad career.

Car wash destroyed my side mirror after 3 passes with no issues never moved the truck either and all I could do is watch, went inside and was rudely told I can’t do anything and there not a manager here come back tomorrow I told her I can’t because I’m leaving on vacation she took my number and I’m betting no call.
Update, they declined the clam and said it was my falt will never give them a cent again

2/29/24 at 1:50am I tried to get gas and a drink but they were closed, I tried to get the lady associate attention to ask when they were opening but she ignored me and ran to the back room! Horrible!

dude with a rat tail and shaved sides started actin insecure abt me wearing a mask, claiming the camera had to see me. i bought beer and gave him my state issued ID before he had asked. my wife and kids had been sick and i was tryna prevent anything from spreading. not tryna get you sick, but i will if you want me to.

I do stop here from time to time. They keep a clean establishment and are always friendly. My biggest pet peeve is the volume at which the employees speak to the clients; we are not deaf

The store not 24 hours today it's close at 1:30 am 2/20/24 and I did wait 30 minutes cause I walk to get milk for my child .this not the first time this has happen just let the people know your staff close doors to sleep not restroom break or smoke break or lunch..

This location taxes water, which according to TITLE 34, PART 1, CHAPTER 3, RULE §3.318 of the Texas Administrative Code is illegal. If you as a concerned citizen bring this to their attention the employees will say "I don't run the company, I just work here and everyone else taxes water."I've already submitted a complaint with the local comptroller to have them request a tax audit of this, to be sure that the ill gotten tax revenue was in fact paid and not pocketed by this corporation.
