I went in store #2741479 on Louetta Rd, Spring TX 77388 on 4/8/25 and purchased a cappuccino. I paid for it and left. On my way to one of my many rental properties, I took a sip and it was water. No bid deal I went into the store on 4/9/24 and told the cashier Gauge/Gage (skinny kid with long black here) “Hey I bought a cappuccino yesterday and it was all water so I’m going to just grab a new one”. He looked at me dumbfounded, I believe he said uhh, no. I responded “I paid for the cappuccino, it was only water so yes I’m getting. New one”.
I started to get the new cappuccino, and lo and behold it’s still just water the next day. I asked why he had a problem with me replacing the cappuccino I paid for.
His response was, I didn’t see a receipt, I didn’t see you yesterday……. I tell the kid I’m not stealing a miserable $2 cappuccino. I literally pulled up in a Mercedes convertible.
Then after debating with me he tells me to “Get out of his store, and don’t come back”
I told him he did not have that authority. I asked the lady working with him what the issue was, and what managers name was. She was actually very polite. This kid deserves to be suspended or fired or extremely well trained in customer service and get off his high horse.
Yes I called corporate and filed a complaint, because of the ridiculousness of this situation. I will not be going into that store or any Circle Ks for gas for any of my vehicle(s) or my motorcycle or my boat. Hopefully one day he’ll understand the concept of customer service. As of now Circle k has provided me with none and left a horrible taste In my mouth.

I would like to file a complaint regarding the overnight employee at your store. Although I do not know his name, he is light-complexioned, wears glasses, and has a scruffy Afro hairstyle.
Firstly, I would like to express my concern about his lack of customer engagement. He consistently fails to greet customers upon their arrival, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It is surprising that someone in a position that requires constant interaction with the public does not exhibit friendliness or approachability.
Secondly, I have noticed that when he is working, the store is often closed or he is not present. As a regular customer who visits the store five days a week—living directly across the street and working overnight—I typically come by between 4 PM and 5 AM. I appreciate the convenience of this store, and I have always found the other cashiers to be friendly and welcoming, even if we do not engage in conversation.
Unfortunately, I have reached a point where, during my visits, if I see him working, I choose to go to another location instead. I believe he may benefit from training to develop better interpersonal skills suitable for a customer service role. Additionally, I have observed that he frequently uses his phone while on duty, which further detracts from his ability to assist customers effectively.

I come here multiple times a week and the staff are always friendly, but the soda machine is frequently out of syrup on many flavors. The gas pumps are also extremely slow to fill for some reason, which is weird but I see others have posted the same thing so it's not just me. Biggest problem today is the gas price advertised is 2.55, but the pump says 2.89. The people were coming in and reporting this at the same time I was in the store, and apparently people have been telling them all day but manager is unreachable. Not sure what's up with this, but I hope they fix these issues because I usually really enjoy coming to this location for soda and gas but feels like many of the Circle K's in the area are going down in quality and service lately.

Aside from outdated pricing on milkshakes and the ice cream even tho the price says 3.99 they apparently hire salespeople to up charge so 6.99 enjoy These guys need to fix their deli cooler before someone gets seriously sick, you can literally see where the tops of sandwiches have melted cheese. Rotten yogurt parfaits. Best to stop somewhere else for your snacks

The reported gas prices were wrong on google maps when I searched “Gas Prices Near Me.” Should have known $2.45 these days was too good to be true. Still, it is the cheapest around at $2.82, just wish I hadn’t driven out of my way to try to get a real good deal when I could have gotten this price elsewhere.

Pump is super slow. It took me 15 minutes to get 3 gallons. Most pumps not working.
