Wow. Interesting evening!! My wife and my family were waiting to be seated at Bluewater, the restaurant 2 businesses down from your store.3 of the Cricket employees began berating a man who had parked in front of the Cricket store, threatening to tow his truck, using foul language.After 30 minutes, the store closed and the employees began to leave the storeA female, white employee exited first and visibly watched the owner of the truck and began yelling obscenities and was flipping her finger off at him.All of this in front of my family and in front of the dozen or so other patrons waiting to be seated.What kind of "business" peides themselves on acting out in front of patrons?Using foul language, giving people the "bird"?As a concerned parent, I spoke with the man that was being treated so badly.He stages the employees at Cricket threatened to tow the man's vehicle because Cricket had some store bought sign stating, "Parking is for customers only, all other will be towed".You do realize it is public property and the sign I saw was not a legal sign.Very unprofessional and extremely distasteful!!

The two men there at the store today were awesome! After fighting with my previous carrier (XfinityMobile) I was able to join Cricket once again. Xfinity mobile, which is under Verizon, did not tell me all the information I needed to switch. When I got to the cricket store to switch the two employees there were so helpful and patient with me and my previous carrier while we all worked out the kinks. I am a previous cricket customer who had to leave in the past to get a new phone, and I am so happy to be back. This is a great carrier I hope you all join if you have issues with your current carrier.
