Great customer service reviews?!! For real? I am a Cricket Customer. I went to this office because I was needing desperate help with my settings. I had changed from Apple to Android, and was not able to get my voicemail settings correctly. My Apple phone had broken. and I was dealing with a Cricket Android phone I quite did not understand. I am 67 years old and not savvy in technology. I am selling a house and was receiving messages and needed desperately to make my phone to work, but the voicemail did not work. As I arrived to the store, there were two workers, a man and a young woman, with NOTHING to do. There was not ONE Single customer in the store. They could not help me. If I had gotten there to buy a phone, I bet you both would have jumped to help. The woman asked my password and did something in her phone and told me to call 611 if I needed help. I sat there and called 611 but Customer Service line said "they were experiencing many calls" (usual litany) and could not answer, and the message said it would take a long time to get back to me. I am normally a peaceful person, but I got so mad, that jumped out of the chair and left that store, flying. Likewise, I will never ever return. Lazy people, they do not want to work. Want to get paid to do nothing. Just remember how hard I worked when I came to Houston, just for pennies, and now days people believe they deserve a life. I just cannot understand it.
