I went up there after work yesterday to see if they could help out setting up this new iPhone 14 I got which was jail broken so all I needed to do was transfer my data from my old to my new one. And they have these two new employees working there an old rude lady with this face that looks like she doesn’t want to be there. She looked at my phone and literally said: I don’t know anything about that iPhone crap then when I asked her if she had an iPhone she just laughed and walked away to the back after that her co worker this (really big and even more rude girl) comes over to me to “help” out setting up claiming she’s the ultimate iPhone expert she made the whole experience there very difficult and acted passive aggressive right off the bat. I had to leave because of their nasty attitude (keeping in mind that I’m a cricket customer for a long time now) I went over to T-Mobile and all the girl had to do was turn on my Bluetooth and transfer the data. EXTREMELY RUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Would like to speak to the manager or whoever is in charge at this location I’ve never had an experience like that until these two started over here.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS. My new iPad had eSIM on it and brought it to this store. They deleted my eSIM and said there was no any eSIM, which is added by cricket customer support, and they need to add eSIM!!!!! They charged me $10 for adding eSIM on my iPad!!!!!

Terrible service. The staff is not knowledgeable and does not help the customer... they are rude. One day I went to reactivate a line and they tried to overcharge me... and on top of that my monthly payment plan had an exaggerated payment. I wanted to know the reason for the increase... they forced me to leave the store against my will and even called the manager... in the end they did not give me an explanation for the increase. From that moment on I wanted to change companies... the telephone service is excellent and they helped me with everything... good service.

DONT GO HERE. They're crooked, they did all kinds of shady stuff with my sons phone. Now I have to go to another cricket store where they aren't crooked ,so they fix can everything those girls did. RIDICULOUS!

Today I made a purchase of two cell phones in this store. We were assisted by a girl who was the best 100 out of 10 regarding her attention, her desire to work looking for the best options for us. I was super satisfied, I left very happy.

Tried to tell me insurance is 'required' with a new phone purchase. I had another Cricket store try this baloney years before and I bought it, only to call Cricket corporate later and find out that it is absolutely NOT required. Refused to buy it, lady said she'd have to call her manager, and low and behold I don't have to buy it.They lie to get an up sale and help their commission/numbers. Guess she didn't like that as she refused to help me transfer old account to the new one (first time ever they haven't done that) and told me to take it to Best Buy.They also don't have prices displayed on any of the phones in store. Really sleazy place. Go elsewhere or just buy online direct from Cricket. These folks are worse than useless.
