Quick and easy. Ported from metro, transferred my ACP over. I went with a BYOD while the Metro phone will have to get serviced by Oneplus and unlocked at a third party. Can't say anything about the shopping experience since I plan to put paid off unlocked devices on prepaid.

The young man that was working there he helped me out a lot because I told him that I wanted to change cell phone carriers and my phone number I decided I didn't want to because I chickened out because I like my phone number I have my California 951 number

The guys behind the counter were trying to trick my mom into buying more stuff she didn't ask for during the sale process. I asked them if I was just paying for the phone and the upgrade fee as I was buying a new phone for my mother, he confirmed then when I reviewed what I was paying for there was an extra 7.99 I didn't ask for and he grabbed the pen and clicked accept on the screen before I could dispute it. They also said she already had insurance prior to saying the 7.99 was for insurance on the phone which she says she is already paying monthly for her line. I'm not sure what cricket is thinking employing predatory employees like this im just glad I don't have to deal with this kind of thing over at T-mobile
