I have been trying to work with this dealership for a while now and they are the worst. Will have you make a blank trip to the dealership. When talking to you on the phone everything is good but when you get there it's a different talk. Robert is not a honest person like people trying to make him seem in previous reviews. And the pictures are not the true pictures of what the vehicles look like online, some of them the door or doors doesn't close properly and there other vehicles are missing things off of the vehicles. And then want to charge a lot of money for these raggedy vehicles. Can not ever get anyone to call you back like they are suppose to, call them they barely want to answer their phone. Always busy doing something else when you call to speak with them. Like it said in other reviews they are crooks and don't want to own up to their wrong doings. They need to be reported to the BBB for scamming and shadyness for over pricing on high mileage vehicles. Taking advantage of people in there time of need. Just because someone is having credit issues doesn't mean that they should be taken advantage of. If you have bad vehicles on car lot then make the repairs and then sell them to a customer, don't no good person want a lemon for vehicle purchase. Put yourself in your customers place would you want to buy a bad vehicle and then it breaks down right after you purchase it and the dealership doesn't want to honor getting the repairs. As Is doesn't mean As Is a bad car and now its your problem to deal with and not ours. That's wrong. I am definitely questioning the person who referred me to this place. DO BETTER!!! Went to look at cars, told them I was interested in the minivan. Spent 130.00 to have mechanic look at it. They were asking 8000.00. I agreed to it and told them I would be coming the next day with a cashiers check. My son and I were so excited, now he is crying because they sold it out from under us. We have been driving around all summer with no air conditioning and were so excited to have a family vehicle. They never told me they wanted a deposit to hold it. I TOLD them I was coming after work. They KNEW I was coming after work. They just said sorry, should have made a deposit. YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME TO MAKE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD IT FOR ME. I would have done that!!! I took their word for it they would hold it and they didn't! Dont trust these guys. I wont do business with them. Im so angry, my poor kid is so sad...

Great customer service. I researched cars and knew what I was looking for when I arrived. I was going to do a quick test drive, but Robert insisted I take my time and really get a feel for the cars. I decided on the car I wanted, and despite not having the best credit, they were able to help me. I love my new car. No problems. I have already put a lot of miles on it. Crossroads is a good dealership with nice cars and really friendly honest staff.

Once again Eddie and Robert made buying a vehicle a great experience. I was there for a total of an hour and drove off the lot with a beautiful Chevy Tahoe. If you’re looking for an honest dealership that treats you with respect, this is your place! I’ve bought several vehicles from Eddie over the past 20 plus years and I keep coming back! Thanks again Eddie and Robert for such a great experience!

This dealership will report u to the IRS and force u to pay any debt owed..Steward National Financial is connected with them...even if u give vehicle back voluntarily, they will still report u...

I drove from Austin to see a car and spoke with guy about specific car. I went all the way to the south Houston address that is on every picture of the car. When I arrived the lot was empty. I called them and found out they were no longer at this address but 1.5hrs away in Spring. The next day I arrived at New address and the car I was shown was not the car in the ad, completely wrong car proved to salesman with ad pictures, stock number, etc. Not only that but it was CLEARLY a Flood Damage car, it wouldnt even start. They had another of the same model, also clearly a flood damage car with standing water in the door panel and water damage to interior pieces of panels. The guy confirmed I was shown the wrong car, said the car we spoke about was in the shop and after their shop costs they couldn't honor the price we discussed. Complete untruthful, unethical, junk car stingers. Do not give them the time of day nor your money!

This business is the same as Patriot Auto Sales. I loved the vehicle I purchased....then I realized there are a few issues..1)Mechanic turned off all engine lights in attempt to hide any repairs needed, 2)Purchased as is,no repairs done, 3)seller did give high interest rate for the amount of time it took to finalize the loan, 4)vehicle is over priced for the repairs needed.5)website states 1 month/1,000 mile warranty but how is this possible on an "As Is/No Warranty"???What I've listed is TYPICAL of any used car dealer looking to make a sale. On the positive side, the lot boasts having "many 1-owner" vehicles,which mine is.Dealer is now partnered with a lender so I don't believe there is in house financing any longer which may be a plus for some buyers.

Quality cars and reasonable prices. This is a amazing dealership! Go see my new guy Richard, I don't write it unless it's true. This dealership topped all my car buying experiences and I have bought a lot of cars. They really cared and they have quality car, and not just throwing you in a car for a sale. If you want a nice car, great price get your money together and spend it with a dealer that cares. Don't let me start on one of the owners Eddie, an amazing man.
