Gail is absolutely wonderful! Every time I come to Public Storage, she greets me with a smile and makes the whole process so easy. She’s always patient, professional, and ready to help with any questions I have. You can tell she really cares about the customers, and that makes a huge difference. Gail goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the great service she provides!

I stopped by public storage at the gosling location today to do some price checking on a midsize unit and the employee named Michelle who was working went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and answer any questions that I had. She was a complete joy to be around and she made me feel very welcomed and didn't hesitate to answer any and all of the million questions that I had for her! God bless her heart. Quite frankly I think the lady deserved a raise!

I had a great experience with Public storage until I realized they have been changing my payment terms without notice. I have our contract and They never told me my rates would go from $131 to $233 within a year!! This is crazy and unfair and since we live far they know we have no option but to keep our stuff there until we figure out when to go out and move things out. I thought going with a trusted name like Public storage would make limit our exposure to these types of issues but it didn’t.
What sucks is that thiss would be a 4 or 5 star just based on the facility, staff and easy to use app . But the unfair pricing is just awful and ruins the experience!

Ask for Michelle when you need anything here! She helped make our move so easy! So safe, so convenient! We are still using them even though we live three hours away. Michelle is all about customer care!
