“This storage company lacks genuine care for your belongings. Their documents are filled with overly complex language crafted by legal professionals. The company's employees seem to lack empathy and understanding. Following a major fire at this location, their response appears to prioritize protecting their own interests rather than addressing the needs of affected customers. Countless memories and investments have been lost. Additionally, the office manager, Molly, appears disengaged and lacks essential customer service skills. It's disheartening that they continue to receive business, but I hope to prevent future customers from experiencing similar disappointments with this company."

Communication from first inquiring about the unit was a-1. The handling of keys to the storage, to returning them and closing out was great. Would recommend for anyone looking for a temporary stay!

She was very cooperative and insightful for transferring us from one unit to the other, and gave a lot of input for which size we would need. She was a lot of help and made us laugh so much. Jesse is an amazing employee. That man needs a raise and is a very big asset that may be overlooked. The coustemer service was above and beyond not to mention this man's manners. Would definitely refer family and friends and won't be using any storage in this area, but this one.
