Communication from first inquiring about the unit was a-1. The handling of keys to the storage, to returning them and closing out was great. Would recommend for anyone looking for a temporary stay!

Jesse is an amazing employee. That man needs a raise and is a very big asset that may be overlooked. The coustemer service was above and beyond not to mention this man's manners. Would definitely refer family and friends and won't be using any storage in this area, but this one.

Oh, it’s been a hard couple of months because I just got out of chemo therapy. I just moved to Houston to move in with family and upon arrival I was in search of an exceptional storage unit and Mr. Perkins was of great help on getting a unit best fitted for my needs. Was assisted by site manager, Molly. She was pleasant, friendly, and super helpful! Office and site were very clean and she went above and beyond to ensure the storage unit was clean and ready for when I needed it.
