David is amazing. The place is super clean and right away he made me feel welcome. He’s so friendly and really goes out of his way to help. He even found a dolly for me to use and walked me over to the unit I was moving into. It honestly made everything so much easier. You can tell he truly cares and it shows in the way he treats people. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Unfortunately, the misunderstanding and communication at this specific location led to the unauthorized sale of my unit, here on Rayford Road in Spring. Legal action has been taken and charges have been pressed regarding my matter and concerning the previous damages to my unit and rodent infestation at this specific location. I am devastated by the lack of communication and documentation the from the staff and management at this facility. I have provided several pieces of evidence to my attorney showing the incompetence of this exact location and the two staff members. Though I’m heartbroken over the sentimental and emotional loss of what my unit contained, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I hope what happened to me NEVER happens again! This place and these associates leave me disappointed and disgusted. PLEASE BEWARE!
