I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff, Lori and David, are very friendly and helpful. They clearly care about their customers and making sure you have everything you need. The facility itself is kept immaculate. I like that you also need your code to exit. I noticed David patrolling the area when I was there after dark dropping off some stuff. Great to see! Really couldn't ask for more from a storage place!

EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have worked with in the CubeSmart office has been an absolutely wonderful person to work with. ALL of my issues are because of the price increases over the years. The price has more than double in the time I have been a customer. The employees are the only reason that I have stayed with CubeSmart as long as I have.

I rented two units under a “promotion” and within one month the prices increased and every month after that the price continued to increase. Do not rent a unit from this company based on the starting price because they will increase it on you.

Very clean units that are well maintained. Laurie and Dave have always been extremely helpful with any issues that have arisen during the 2 years our company has been renting the unit. Easy to access and very secure. Would recommend to any folks in the Spring/Woodlands area for their storage needs.
