This the place to go!
Initially my sales contact was with Cindy, which she made the buying experience pretty seemless and, she was very knowledgeable about the products.
She then introduced me to Randy who would be installing my new grill and drawers. Randy really went the extra mile in communication, punctuality and best of all, he wiped down and cleaned up our whole patio from the installation dust. He also gave me some great tips on maintaining and safety operating my new grill!

I always wanted the big 3 burner Le Griddle and when we bought our ranch, I had to make it happen.
I had some issues with my Le Griddle upon arrival and Rodney took care of me with several shipments to get everything right. Rodney seriously provided one of the best customer support experiences I’ve ever had in my life and I couldn’t be happier with him or the company.
If you ever need anything they provide, I assure you that Cunningham will take care of you. We will buy from again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

Cindy helped arrange for warranty repair on our grill. Scheduling was quick and flexible. Repair person was timely, efficient, and fixed all the issues with our grill in just one visit. Great to have a functioning grill again.

Simple fast and easy, I was able to file a warranty claim for my RCS grill for a sear burner and burner separators. Rodney handled my situation efficiently and swiftly. The interaction gave me a huge confidence boost about the situation with I thought was a major issue with the rill.

What a great company and customer service! I ran into a situation when replacing my old grill with a new one and my installer unknowingly disposed of the rotisserie attachment.
