Incredibly rude pharmacy tech named Tonya. I was told my insurance would no longer cover my prescription and when I started to ask questions she said she was not talking to me and slammed the window. I spoke to the manager Mary Queen and all she wanted to do was explain how the pharmacy tech never slammed the window. Horrible customer service all around.

I was in line outside for more than ten minutes and they closed the gate. I was in line to get my insulin. The manage Taylor told me that it was not her problem and was out of her control. I was in line well before they closed but they still refused to give me my insulin. I am required to use this pharmacy for my insurance but they have continually been very rude and very unhelpful.

If you can avoid this pharmacy I highly suggest it. Their pharmacy is a mess and I rarely wait under 20minutes to pickup a prescription, or they mess something else up probably 33%+ of the time.
Today was a 45+ minute wait for them to figure out my insurance required a different brand of my prescription and then they filled it without needed anything further from my doctor.
I told them I’d pay the goodrx price before they could figure it out (which was more expensive than my insurance price but I just wanted to get out of there) but they couldn’t figure the goodrx code out either.
If you’re able to get your scripts from HEB or Kroger I’d go there as the scripts are generally cheaper if you use good rx and sometimes even cheaper than your insurance price, on top of their staff being more competent.
My insurance unfortunately forces me to use CVS so I’m stuck with them but I think I’ll move to the CVS 10+min further just to avoid this one because it is so so bad and slow.

Amaizing service. We arrived after closing time and the staff took at least 15 minutes to fill our prescription. EXCELLENT SERVICE, great people to work with . I believed CVS was the best in their field, but they pleasantly surprised us even more.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. They never have any medication I need in stock. The Pharmacist does not care if you can get your medication. They won’t go out of their way to find the medication at another store either. The old CVS on Rayford blew this one away.

The pharmacists are fantastic. I was prescribed medication by my doctors office but alerted by the pharmacist that I would likely have an allergic reaction to it based on other allergies. The next day, I came back to get a different replacement medication. The pharmacist alerted me that this was contraindicated with other items. I was highly appreciative of how thorough and detailed they were to express both risks and benefits.

Went to this store near the end of February, beginning of March. I don't recall the exact date. Went for an interview with the "manager" Taylor. After spending about 20 minutes trying to locate any employee that wasn't locked in the pharmacy, I found her. She hired me on the spot and assured me I'd have an offer by the following Thursday. I never received the offer. I called back on Friday, got in touch with Taylor and she assured me I have a job. She is having issues with the system they adopted over a year ago, but will be sending it ASAP. Obviously, I knew I was being jerked around and found another job. The reason I am leaving this review is that fact that the store was in complete disarray, there was no one on the floor to assist guests. I actually helped a customer that was lost since I was there for an interview, why not?
I just wanted CVS to be aware that Taylor is very unprofessional and the store needs help. The fact that she will lie about job offers and reassure someone they have a job, when they in fact do not. It is a disgusting thing to do. I've been a GM and I know that's not how to run a business. I hope someone sees this and stays away from this place. No customer service, poor management and I think other reviews back me up on this. Thanks for nothing.

If you buy something at CVS and use your coupons and rewards, you better be 100% sure about what you use it for. CVS will not do "exchanges" even for same product (ie same brand nail polish but different color). They only do RETURNS. This means you lose. The sales person doesn't tell you if rewards and discounts will be put back on your account. What you get is a blank empty stare. Nothing else.

Horrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever had!! Staff is not helpful or friendly. Wait times through drive-thru are extremely long. No one ever answers the phone. If my insurance did not require me to use CVS Pharmacy, I would not be using them. May need to start driving further away from house to find a better CVS than this one. So disappointing. I would not give them any stars if that was a choice.

With the shortages of medications that is happening in the country right now, it is VERY COMMON to have to call a pharmacy to find out if the have a particular medication BEFORE your doctor actually SENDS the prescription to that pharmacy. When I called just now, The pharmacy lady said “I cannot give that information over the phone” when I told her that every other pharmacy I’ve called simply gives a yes or no. She argued with me, stating, “Because it’s a narcotic, I cannot give you that information over the phone.” I explained that this is a simple 10 mg medicine for my daughter, and I just need to find a pharmacy that has it since it’s in shortage everywhere. She REFUSED!!! I will never do business with these ignorant people. The rest of these 1 star reviews are ACCURATE!! Stay away from this CVS unless you enjoy the “euphoria” of raised blood pressure.

Still very understaffed and even taking several days to fill a prescription!! Always a line and can never call in to even talk to a pharmacist!!

Always long lines, drive through counter is closed most of the time and the pharmacist will forget to provide you with full list of items.
